They make great pizza..lots of parking..probably since it's only carryout..dine in Lou's have a much harder time trying to get a parking spot.. I've been going to Lou's for many years,usually dine in,but when you just want a pizza to enjoy at home this is the place to go
This is a carry out and delivery only location. Never had any issues here. I usually order online and it is always ready on time and tastes the same as any other Lou Malnati’s.
Great pizza but we have had our order lost twice there now.
Put in order, 15 min past delivery time called, they said it would be 15-20 min. 45 min later (1hour 15 min last delivery date ) they deliveredreceipt even had 7:05 pm ready, didn’t get it till 8:30
Ordering carry outs was quick and easy, food was ready at promised time, piping hot and fresh. They gave curbside service which was great since I was walking on a twisted ankle. The food.....OMG, I LOVE their deep dish butter crust pizza, unsliced keeps it from getting soggy in the center. Try the combo platter appetizer, cheese cubes, cheese sticks, zucchini and breaded mushrooms with Ranch sauce. They have a gluten free pizza also.
Mike - the manager - is a stand up guy. Thanks for your help. the people working there are nice and pleasant to deal with. Pizza was hot when we ate it at home.
Every Lou's location I've been to has served fantastic pizza. Even a basic cheese pizza is incredible. The crust is to die for. Love it when I get take out and the lovely aroma from the pizza fills the whole car. It's pricey for a pizza but worth having from time to time.
Ordered deep pizza, NO MUSHROOMS OR TOMATOES ! That's exactly what I got ! I'm giving 3 stars because I contacted the store again on Friday 11/12/21, the Manager Graham was willing to rectify the whole situation by explaining to me the sausage is flat , thats how it comes to them . He also said; I should never order on line when I have severe allergies as I do , he refunded my $34 , compted me a complimentary pizza to try the next time .Thanks Graham
Every time I order, they nail it! The pizza, thin and thick are both amazing! Just thinking about it wants me to order it again tonight!
We usually order from Lou's about once a month and have noticed the quality of the pizza has been sliding down hill over the last couple years. Got a pizza (deep dish) last night and it was the worst one to date. Something was really off with the tomato "sauce". Next time we will try another location.
