Pepperoni had a weird smell and taste to it. I almost found my self gagging trying to eat this stuff. Had to throw away over half a pizza.
The pizza is fine but the person at the window was very rude on both occasions I was there. She's tall, lanky, with glasses and light brown hair. I get that it's busy and working in domino's isn't probably where she wants to be but she shouldn't take it out on customers. I'm posting this the night of July 4th 2022. Any manager who sees this should address the issue. I'm sure I'm not the only person who's had issues with her.
Lowest priced pizza on the market. Not the biggest fan of chains, but their food is there speciality and they do specialize for cheap. Yummy Domino's Pizza (thin crust-Pepperoni, Mushrooms, Pineapple) is sooo good.
Brian and his team took care of a large order, with dietary restrictions and with payment complications ALL on July 4th. I really appreciate you guys working during the holiday and putting up with customer BS. Thank you so much!
I love that they have a drive thru window since I have my kids with me all the time. Super convinent. This is not the nearest Domino's in my area but I choose this place for that reason.*When Brian makes your pizza for sure your pizza will be perfect!
so, i just ordered from this location on the app, and i'm pretty disappointed. i ordered one alfredo pizza, 8 wings, and cheesy marinara dip. what i got? one tomato pizza, 6 wings, and chocolate lava cake. now, i'm not one to be upset for bonus cake or some good pizza, but i would have preferred to just have what i ordered. i tried to call the number listed above 4 times & no one could answer the phone. (this isn't anything new, you try to get that store on the phone. ive been trying for three years). now i remember why i stopped ordering?
The service at the location in Downers Grove is horrible. Even though they delivered too me 8n Woodridge, 2 weeks ago, they refuse to do it today claiming I was too far, even though I'm 3 miles away. They told me to call Willowbrook, but they are over 5 miles away and won't deliver here either.
Great pizza, always friendly delivery people. Whats not to love??
Belmont Rd, Downers Grove, ilIt's 4th time they have messed up the order. This they put bacon in my vegetable pasta.And what's the answer you get is "SORRY". COME ON you made us come twice and we ended up wasting 2 hrs.Sorry doesn't have any meaning....
I have found this to be one of the best locations in ChicagoLandWe have tried numerous other locations but none as consistent as this!
