Waiting next in line, 4 employees behind the counter (1 handling the payment process / other 3 are doing nothing) and another group of people come inside, I'm blatantly ignored and they're taken care of by the other 3 and as soon as the last cashier is finally available, they take care of the person behind me, I walked out because that was just rude and unprofessional, I didn't say anything because I'm not a Karen but like cmon dudes there's 4 of you and I just wanted a blizzard

Good ice cream great service
The ice cream was fine. The staff was pleasant. The place needs an update inside and looked unclean. The outside was filthy the side walk, the bench with their name on it had caked on products. It does not make you want to return.
