Food & service is great! Had an issue with carryout order & Brian the manager handled it incredibly well. Whoever owns this store is lucky to have Brian managing it!
This is one of my favorite brands, overall. Culver's has great standards. French fries and onion rings are always, always hot. The owners seem to work in the stores and keep things right. So even with a "nothing special" visit, still excellent compared to other similar fast-casual spots. I go to Culver's all over the Midwest. Always done right!
They were pretty good at service. Still has to wait about 5 minutes with no other cars in the lot. But that could be just due to my food being made fresh. So kudos to that. But overall it was typical Culver's food.
Best fast food in Downers Grove. I go there at least once a week and they are always friendly and get my order right. They also have reasonable prices.
Hands down the best food and best customer service anywhere in the area. Food is always fresh and the staff are the politest, most genuine people you'll find at any restaurant!
Wonderful place, excellent staff, only thing I wish they had, that some other Culvers have is the ability to get ice cream by the pint/quart
One of the best fast-food burgers around. Oh, and those cheese curds are amazing. Let's not forget about their custard, the praline is my absolute favorite.

I eat here way too much. The food is always great, staff is always friendly. They should train other stores out of this one. This is the one location I've been to that hits all the marks all the time. A+ Keep up the great work guys!
My burger was done incorrectly when I went through the drive thru but didn’t realize it till I went home. When I returned the manager gave me a free pint of custard for the mistake. Amazing customer service! Keep up the great work!
