I went there once and asked for a Mango Milk Tea with extra Boba. I got a frozen Mango Smoothie with boba. I didn’t say much about it, I tried it and it was terrible.I went back a 2 TIME and ordered a watermelon Milk Tea with extra boba, I thought maybe I messed up my order. Nope, exact same thing happened. She gave me a frozen smoothie with extra boba. The woman was unable to solve my problem and I’m not sure if she understood that she made the order incorrectly, she refused to make me what I asked so I left bobaless. I will be doing a chargeback to get my $6 back.
It's disheartening for me to be writing this because I genuinely enjoyed my time and tea. However, today I was approached by the female worker and reprimanded for staying at their establishment for 5 hrs while studying. I'm a medical student studying for my licensing boards. And in the afternoons I come here, as a treat, to change my study environment. It was hurtful to hear the worker tell me there was a library down the street and that this wasn't a cafe. I have been coming here for over a year to get boba and study. This is my disclaimer for all those that are considering frequenting this establishment, there is a unwritten time limit, if you're not a teenager or younger this place is not welcoming of your kind. I would also recommend Te'amo and Kung Fu Tea for Boba. Poor customer service. Fortunately, this isn’t the only location. Find the other ones!
I absolutely love this place! Not only is the service fantastic, But their ice cream and bubble tea is AMAING! My usual is a vanilla chi bubble tea and it’s fantastic!
Cocomero is one of the staple local businesses in the DG downtown area. Neighborhood’s go to place for variety of bubble tea drinks and ice cream. Lots of different toppings for the kids and adults.
Been coming here for the past year in a half about once a month with the girl. I’ve had bubble tea all over the country and even in Japan and this place is hands down the best. Give it a try and you’ll be hooked.

The cafe is so cozy, its ambiance and the decor. Music is quite loud maybe because I was by myself. I chose Brown Sugar bubble tea as recommended by the staff. But I believe to play safe, better to choose the regular milk tea. I also tried the Pork Korean Dumpling, nothing special, it's like fried gyoza. I love that they have the frozen yogurt self service. The only thing, I was there by myself, and staff always disappeared each time after taking the payment and serving the drink or food. I wanted to ask for a little more sauce for dumpling. Anyway, maybe she was busy.
This place is an absolute delight!! I went in this evening and the milk tea is delicious. The atmosphere is so cozy and the staff literally make you feel like a guest in their home. I got the taro root bubble tea and after striking out with bad tea at 2 other places, THIS place absolutely hit the spot. Love love love. I drove from the city for this and don't regret it a bit:) ? I wish I could give 20 stars!!
So cute! Perfect amount of flavors and toppings. The vibe is very much like a chill out place. They have books and board games to play as you enjoy your treat. They had many other things apart from frozen yogurt. Would def return!
Really good frozen yogurt. Prices are reasonable, definitely coming back
