Had a great dinner experience. Jesus our server was great. Will definitely vive back. The margarita ? of the month was on point.

The food was good, service was a bit slow considering the restaurant was not very full. It might be that they were short staffed.
Usually Chilli’s is one of our go to places and surprises us with how well the food is. This last experience left us with much to be desired. Mediocre service, the shrimp tacos were cold to the touch and the barbecue plate tasted like microwaved food. We will go back and hopefully have a better experience.
We came into a half filled restaurant and had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. I figured it was because of staffing issues and confirmed it with an employee. Apparently 4 wait staff didn't show up to work. I don't get it in this terrible economy. I don't know if it's an indictment of this new generation or that there are so many jobs available that they feel as if they can do what they want and still land on their feet. My wife had chicken fajitas, which were good and I had black bean fajitas which had no flavor. The side of black beans in a sauce were delicious. I would not order them again. Our waitress was awesome.
Chilis never acts like something it isn’t. If you want a fast, affordable, consistent spot to get some decent food and cheap drinks. This is and always has been your spot.This location specifically has the best service I’ve ever seen at one of these major chains. Great work whoever is recruiting and retaining their waitstaff here.
I would give this place five stars, but the logistical arrangement of the tables made it so difficult to leave the table. Having to squeeze past five other diners is excessive, not to mention awkward - two should be the max. Talk about someone feeling buried at that dead end.
Horrible. Food was rushed, cold and terrible. Strawberry lemonade tasted like water. Hot wings tasted cold. Steak was pure trash, & fries were super cold! I wish I could give zero stars!!!
Chili's was understaffed on Saturday night however they made it work and they just buzzed around the entire place making sure everyone was taken care of... Hats off to everyone that was working on March 26th 2020 5:00 p.m.
