I'm always looking for good slices in the suburbs. This is one of the few places I would go back to for a slice. It isn't quite what I'm used to, coming from Philadelphia (the crust is a bit on the thin side), but it certainly passes for pizza given what else I've seen around here.
Since this place has been sold I don’t know if they send all the help to the Naperville location or if they changed the recipe but it’s not good. I used to love this pizza so much I would laugh at then trash talk the bad reviews. But now I’m laughing at Cassano’s cause it’s bad pizza
Chicken alfredo with garlic is the best pizza, they don't have it on menu but u can ask it, you won't regret.
I ate pizza in Italy and Cassano's Pizzeria offers one of the best pizzas in Chicagoland. Sausage pizza is good.
Always friendly and Awesome to feel the old school way of ordering from people who remember you and actually care to remember you!! Lori is Amazing, she listens and is a real genuine soul!! Thank You Lori for making my family happy with Cassanos Pizza! Food is Amazing Chicago guy that has to have the Best!! Unfortunately the Naperville location is still Great food, Just Awful people that work there, owners of this business should monitor this location and clean the swamp lol!! Give Lori a Pay Raise in Downers Grove!! I spend a LOT at this pizza place, take some of that and give to Lori because without her I probably would of been done with Cassanos because of Naperville location!!! Let’s Go Brandon ??????
Pizza isn’t that great and the customer service needs A LOT of work!! She blew her nose without washing her hands or at least putting on hand sanitizer and handed my roommate our pizza. The pizza is dryer than the Sahara Desert!!! No sauce, way too much cheese and it tastes like cardboard.
Always loved their pizza. Ingredients were fresh and sausage/mushroom/green pepper was the best. But my last pizza was terrible. The mushrooms were old and black, the sausage was tasteless (what happened to the anise seed?!) and the sauce was too sweet/sugary. Listen up Cassano! If you changed ur recipe go back to the old one. Ur new recipe sucks the big one. Dominos is better, if that's even possible. I will wait a while and order a small pizza to see if you changed back.
Consistently good and timely. My only issue is that they cut the slices too large on my large pizza. It makes it difficult to divide up when you have a lot of guests

This place stinks. From the food to the customer service. The lady upfront taking orders is just rude. No hi. No thank you. Just slapped my food on the counter while she was texting someone. Not friendly at all. I get working at the counter sucks but maybe find a job you like. Pizza tastes like cardboard. Don’t recommend at all.
