Stopped in to eat breakfast great customer service food was hot
I don't usually write reviews but I just had to share my experience. I went into the drive thru and told the guy on the speaker that I had a coupon. Never did he ask for the coupon code but still took our order. Then I made a separate order of just onion rings and also had a coupon for that. So when I got to the window I showed him the coupon again and said I was supposed to show him at the speaker. I told him that I clearly said that I had a coupon at the speaker and he took the phone to put in the code and he gonna tell me that I'm lying. I asked him "did you just say that I'm lying" and he just shut the window fast. The first coupon didn't work for some reason but we just decided to pay the full price since the address didn't load. However he was able to use the code for our onion ring coupon. It's still not right of you to tell me I'm lying when I said it clearly. Maybe you just need your hearing checked or get a new headset. That was straight up rude. This is the first and last time I'll ever be at this location
This is no standard Burger King this is the BK LOUNGE. Straight fountain in the middle all we need is a crystal chandelier and cloth napkins and write me down for reservations on Friday night.It has since been remodeled and is no longer a prestigious BK lounge. Fountain in the middle was class.

Food there was fare at best. The place was clean. They had music playing in the dining room and had hispanic music in Spanish blaring from the kitchen area, very loudly!
I went to Burger King at 5pm Sunday April 3. One female worker was rude to me and wouldn’t give me my money back because I told her I only wanted one shake. Then she called her manager and the female manager wanted to charge me for two shakes and only give me one shake. The female manager was so rude and disrespectful to me and told me I wouldn’t get my money back . She also told me to call corporate. Please hire a male manager . Females don’t know how to lead people!!! The two female workers should be fired . I shouldn’t have to pay for two shakes when I only wanted one!!! Plus I didn’t even get bbq sauce when I asked for it !!
I’ve been coming here for years love the remodel. About 3 months now the place really has gone down hill come to find out it because of new management. Lobby is barely ever open. You can tell they don’t care about their customers and I don’t recognize anyone anymore I used to love coming in weekends and enjoy my coffee but it no longer feels welcoming I miss the other lady’s they where amazing.
I ordered King Fish, double whopper was a small whopper, . The fish was not a King , ot was more like a prince ! small , cold, hard , dry and overcooked. Large fries were small , and cold. But I was charged $15.30. For a 2/$5 meal. Tried contacting, phones were no longer in service on Web and reciept. Never again ! Corporate was no better

Very tasty burgers specially the one its name impossible burger really its diffrent taste must try ones
