Employees terrible. The girl behind the counter should not be in customer service. Rude, clearly did not want to be there. Purposely put the order in wrong. Then the manager blamed the customer for noy explaining it. I said the order 3 times. Terrible handling the situation.
I went on my work break and went to the drive thru, waited so long I basically wasted half my break waiting for my food (that I never got), I didn't even pay yet. I had to drive away and find another source of food, and of course I didn't have enough time to get food elsewhere... This was very bad service ?
I'm gonna say right now that Burger King is a must for any burger lover. They don't skimp on the patty size. It's cooked to perfection with a juicy texture that is anything but ordinary. Plenty of each of the classic toppings that you're familiar with. The fries are what I would classify as "steak fries" given their larger nature. Not too soft, not too hard, just right. This location is especially good. They give you so many fries and the staff are really friendly and chipper. Best burgers and fries around. Generally, all the employees were super friendly, and the food was tasty.
My onion rings were soggy. They made a new burger for me when I requested light Mayo

I am furious with this location. Today my family went through the drive through and ordered food that we didn't end up recieving. We live 20 minutes away and didn't realize until we got home. When we found out we were missing 2 sandwhiches we ordered we called 3 times none of which they answered. So now we are out money and food and I am extremely mad. I have a sleeping child so I can't return. I truly hope this location gets thier act together. Also when we looked into trying to fill out the survey on the receipt I found they no longer put the store numer or information on it to be able to even be able to fill out the online survey.
