Worst customer service. We ordered 6 sandwich for our company. Got back to the shop, was given wrong sandwich. Called said they will send one over. Waited 40 minutes no sandwich. Called again different person answered she's said can't deliver too busy. I asked why did you make me wait 40 min. She said they called me and talked to me . No they didn't they lied. Also got a beef sandwich wrong no cheese. They said they put it on. They lied. We will no longer go there.
Favorite place in town. The Italian and the meatball are by far the best subs. Family owned

Food is amazing, every single time. Awesome. I just don't understand why that one blonde girl at the counter never smiles. Your food is good, lady! Eat some soup & you'll feel better.
"Best beef in the western burbs" Yes, without question! Great people to boot and grab yourself some Sunday Meat Sauce and homemade ravioli while your there.

Purchased Anna’s sub. The bread was so hard I’m going to need to see a dentist. There really was no meat on the sandwich and I honestly think subway is better. 12 bucks for a six inch sub made of concrete with no meat and a Pepsi. This is what we’ve come too. Down grade the quality and Jack up the prices.

Grabbed lunch here the other day - I had the meatball sandwich, Italian Wedding soup AND tried Justin's Chili. All fantastic - best meatball sandwich around, hands down. Cooked and seasoned perfectly (not too much garlic like many places do), delicious sauce. Justin and Vickie were friendly, welcoming and made sure we were taken care of. Very cozy, clean place and overall it was an awesome experience!!
Very good food and the owner there is very nice and helpful. The sandwiches are great as are the frozen sauces and sides!
