We ordered the beef n cheddar Sandwiches and curly fries. They both tasted as good as we hoped and would definitely go again. The lady at the window was very kind and helpful.
Dropped Horsey sauce. Boring roast beef sandwich without it. Not going back.
3/12/2022You guys love to advertise the 2 for 6$ sandwiches.. but this is the 3rd time.. I gave you guys another chance and you haven’t failed to give me sloppy, not hot, tasteless food. Bread is crumbling like it old. Fish is never fresh. And the roast beef is never fresh and never like it was back in the day. Please get your stuff together.
I haven’t eaten at Arby’s in many years. This location disproved my preconceived notions of what I thought to be a greasy fast food chain. The fries are just unbeatable, and the Gyro was well above todays fast food standards. The cashiers, Alex and Dylan were very polite and helpful which was surprising considering their young age. It’s refreshing to see employees project a positive atmosphere into what is sometimes a depressing place(fast food restaurants). Every surface was clean and chairs were orderly. I would HIGHLY recommend this establishment, it will surprise you!
Today, 12/30 around 9p-10p, in drive thru I ordered the limited time crispy fish sandwich and a white cheddar mac and cheese and i kid you not i wanted to throw up. whoever the cook was needs to be fired ASAP. My food was so freaking cold and the crust on the fish patty was soggy, like it was popped in the microwave for 30 seconds and served to me in a bag. it literally took them less than 3 minutes to hand me my food. that fish is definitely gonna end up making me ill because of how undercooked it was. This was my first time going through Arbys drive thru and im freaking disappointed and disgusted and i hate that had to write this review right now instead of eating a decently prepared meal. i could give this place 0 stars if i could. FIRE THE COOK PLEASE
Went thru the drive thru had lunch ,always good. My son ordered a cinnamon Carmel milkshake and proclaimed it to be AWESOME
Was just at arbys on brook n finley rd Oct 28 830 pm all lights on no one awnsers drive through pull up guy dressed in arby clothes sitting in chair in front dinning room on phone doing nothing won't awnser drive through guy in front of me drove away I kept driving through took Pic of guys sitting there no there phone they didn't care ! Messed up !
Kendal at drivethru is the sweetest most kindness beautiful warm hearted person I’ve come arcosss at any driverthru..she was polite and very professional and respectful
Very tasty food and hygienically processed.
Went to this location after not having Arby’s for over a year.... was hoping it would be a nice reminiscent treat. Unfortunately I ended up regretting choosing that over Chipotle. The drive thru guy was very rude and my order was wrong. Also, since when do beef & cheddar sandwiches not have that onion bread anymore?? Anyway, needless to say, I will no longer be going here.
