I went there about around 11PM (7/6/22) and the young man working there was awesome. I got an order and he let me know a realistic time when it would be ready. He was working completely by himself. Wish more people in the food industry worked like this kid!
Picked up my food, drove 5 minutes home. Wings were cold to touch, only thing hot was the fries.
1st time ordering from here, food was ready when I pulled up. Boneless wings ordered garlic lemon and garlic parmesan. Wings were hot, fresh and delicious.
Placed an order online at 1030, food wasn't ready, waited and picked up at 1230. Wings were filled with oil in boxes, none of us couldn't finish the wings due to the oil drench. We all had to use the bathroom afterwards. Didn't feel good a couple days later.
The compassion and professionalism of the staff at this Wingstop is absolutely astounding. My friend was in dire straits and needed to use a telephone. The hospital and library both denied him the use of their phones and, as his caseworker, I called Wingstop and asked if he could use theirs. They agreed to help him, gave him a hot meal and let him stay at their restaurant until the Uber arrived to bring him to his destination. He made it to rehabilitation safely and would not have done so without the kindness of the employees at this location. It may seem like a small thing, but these workers at this store (that serves DELICIOUS food, I might add), may have saved my friends life. This place exemplifies true service and care for their community. Easy five stars.
Tried to call on my lunch break, none answered, got to the store, poorest service ever! Only two workers, customer service horrible.. wouldn't come back!!
Employees did not have mask on face but just on their chin and she was eating and didn’t put down her stuff while she was taking my order very unprofessional made me upset.
Been there two separate occasions in the last weeks. They are open but with no cashier just the cooks who can’t take orders. Seems like they can’t get to work on time. I understand labor shortage but if that’s the case cut down on hours everyone else is..
Normally I wouldn't comment but my trip to Wingstop was really good. It was pretty busy and the girl running the counter was amazing. Taking orders, filling them, she was all over the place so major kudos to her. As for the food, I don't think I've ever enjoyed their food more than I did this trip.Hot, fresh, delicious, not what I've had in the past. Based on this trip, can't wait to go back. Excellent!! ?
Worst wingstop I've ever experienced. I walked in and placed and order and didn't realized there was only the cook working the cashier and the back. I was told to wait 15 to 20 minutes and it took an hour for my oder. I am not blaming him as he was the only worker there and running back and forth in such a overwhelming environment I belive he did an amazing job. On the downside the place looked dirty and the qingd didn't have no flavor. It's hard to believe the owner of this establishment really care about his employees and the place itself because it clearly doesn't show. Instead I have seen owner like themselves filling in for shortage ofr just simply re-opening once he has the right amount of workers to run the bussines. After speaking with a few neighbors apparently he is not a very good boss and the kids from the neighborhood refuse to work for him. I do know is a franchise but he is truly giving wingstop a very bad name. They would never get my bussines again.. I rather drive further down. Feel bad for future customers.
