My opinion,they have the best egg foo young in Desplaines and I tried them all,check them out, u won't be disappointed
Rude lady owner . Food watery . I had the $17 shrimp n chicken with veggie n rice meal. It looked watery n clear white liquid. I've never seen anything like it. Tasteless. I just made sure I hate my shrimp veggies n rice.
This was our first time there and picked up the sesame chicken with shrimp fried rice. Wow! was so fresh and delicious!!! I’m so glad we decided to try this place. Definitely this will be our spot.
Better this time than previous bad experience. The Cantonese Hong Kong cuisine was authentic Southern China style. But the taste was so so. Service was good though.
I’ve been coming here for 10 years +. Consistently great food! I love this place so much I had my engagement party here back in 2011. Can’t find better Chinese food.

Had Mongolian Beef Lunch Special. Was nothing special about it. Cost for meal was $12.50. includes 1 small and very great eggroll. Very small portion. Go to Orange & Chicken 1 block north. Lunch Survival is half the price. AND the withers seen appreciative and grateful you chose them!
Just started going there about a month ago. Wish I had tried it years ago, after just driving by it all the time. Top notch tasting food, similar menu prices, compare to other sit down places. Dry beef chow fun is way better than others I've been order from. The slightly crisped flat rice noodles is amazing. other dishes were fantastic also.Very under rated. Not many cars in parking lot every time. Don't know what people are waiting for. Or they rather go to Chef Ping or MingHin, waiting for an hour just to get a seat, which neither are a any better Chinese restaurant.Give it a try.
Reading some of the other reviews, it seems that this place has a pattern. The first visit seems to go really well, then it starts to slide. My experience has been no different. The first time was wonderful, and tasty with portions slightly less than some of their competition. Then, on subsequent visits came food that was not as tasty or as flavorful as the first time and service that was really curt and abrupt. My friend doesn't want to go back anymore, although I don't believe that they've done anything fatal, yet. So, if you go and you like what you've ordered, you shouldn't leave hungry. (For some reason, it bothers me to see the cook smoking in the back before and after he's been cooking. Just saying...)
