Be careful ordering with uber eats. I have ordered with them a couple of times and they always forget a part of my order. This last time I called to speak to a manager and the man who answered was super rude (said his name was Jose). Told me the manager came in when he wanted to so I would basically have to catch him when i can, never once said sorry just said “the cook forgot to put it” and oh well type of attitude . I was shocked I have never had such terrible customer service and the food wasn’t great for that type of service. NEVER ordering again.
Always fast and friendly service. Food is always good amd hot when u get it. Not much to say about a business that speaks for itself. Try em ull love em
Didn't know on Tuesdays you receive a complimentary beverage with the taco dinners. Pleasant surprise. I liked the carnitas tacos more than the steak. Their steak tacos are usually tough to chew. The carnitas had lots of tender meat!!
Ordered steak nachos with no sour cream and jalapeños to dine in. Cook made the order to go in a to go box. I reminded the cook that the order was dine in. The cook angrily opened the to go order and dumped it in on a plate mixing all the ingredients, then dumped more cheese on top of the nachos and more meat due to him getting upset about having to change a to go order to a dine in order. Management would not replace the order. Was told by management that this how they make their nachos and I was told to either accept it as is or buy more chips for $1.50 extra to offset the extra cheese and meat.
First time picking up at this location and the food had no flavor, the salsa verde was watery, and the tortillas were disappointing . I was really surprised as I figured all TBKs were the same but this will be my first and last time ordering from this location. Back to TBK on Belmont and Long.
Great Mexican fast food, super nice staff and big portions. Flauntas are the best in the area. Good place to get a Bite when you wants some thing fast, and good.
I remember eating here years ago & my friend accidentally ate one of the fries from another order~ the customer was cool with it & so were the awesome, excellent, friendly, professional, and hard-working employees there. 11/10 would recommend thank you so much & go TBK on Oakton & Mount Prospect!
Not sure what it is but every time I order from this location verses other locations such as the Harlem spots, this location by far is the worst.. Burnt meat, chewy Carne Asada(steak) and cubed Al Pastor that’s also chewy. Idk why this location is the worst but good lord…. Whoever manages this location please fix it already. I’ve had to refund twice because of how bad it was. I want to keep giving this location a chance since it’s closer but after today. I think I’ll avoid this one
Chicken meat was not the best but that is the only restaurant open on christmas day. I have noticed that all the tables were dirty and no one cleaned them up. I would say this is not your typical taco place and I'm thankful for opened on Christmas day. 2021
I was hoping this would be my taco spot in the burbs but it was a fail for me I got a couple of steak burritos for my family and no one liked them at all it was the meat for us it was steamed like mush . Then I also ordered. Plain taco for my little one and they cooked it with onions so I still ended up picking onions out of her meat which she didn't even like after all..rice was good the salsas were excellent but if your looking for a good steak burrito this is not your place
