We ordered our usual bean burritos, same as Ive been ordering for three decades and received some sort of burritos with lots of gooey cheese, rice, and hardly any beans. I was fine, they were okay, but my partner didn't want them and ordered different burritos, but had to specify what he wanted on them like it was some strange new concept or something. They charged him for the re-makes, but he is a nice person and went along with it. We basically paid twice the amount as usual for our meals. I've worked in the restaurant biz since 1980 and this is definitely not how to do business. People just seem to be absolutely clueless these days. I was given the opportunity to fill out a survey and win some money. I'm pretty sure after our poor, inexcusable experience, they didn't really want to hear what I had to say. Apathy reigns supreme these days. What ever happened to customer service? What a shame.
It literally doesn’t matter what you order you will get a bag of random stuff. One of the worst Taco Bell’s I have ever been to. We are constantly missing items from our order and have items in our bag we did not order instead of what we did order.
Kids like the deals after 2 to 5 the slushes and they always a tasty alternative but they also are put of the Mexican pizza which has been sold out my kids love them and my clients.
It's okay. I like the real deal myself but my wife not being Hispanic like myself doesn't know the difference and she loves herself some taco bell. Me on the other hand is Hispanic and I do know the difference and this place to me is just ok. They have a couple decent items every so often but still not good enough for my taste.
We loved the Nacho fried box and come always clean , organized and delicious ?
Sylvia/Sylvana (I wouldn't be surprised if she gave me a fake name) was who took care of me at the drive thru. She gave me MAJOR attitude during drive Thru. I ordered three items. On the screen it only showed two so when she asked is there anything else I POLITELY said the third item. I still didn't see it on the screen so i kept repeating cause I wasn't sure if she heard me SINCE IT WASNT ON THE SCREEN. Instead of just letting me know she did punch it in and it's just somehow not showing up on the screen she kept giving me attitude repeating IS THAT ALL . I pulled up to window and she kept fidgeting purposely not opening up window. I saw her just standing there like she purposely wanted me to wait. I asked her , "can I get your name m'am" and she ignored me .I had to keep asking her until she finally responded. I wouldn't be surprised if she gave me a fake name. But this was on Sunday April 10th at 10:20AM. So whoever the lady was working drive thru that day was SO rude. You can tell she hates her job clearly because she's reflecting it on a customer. She also PURPOSELY took long to take my card & give me my food.This location is on my way to work and I've been coming here for YEARS. And today because of her I will never go back.I see so many reviews complaining about the lady in the drive thru being super rude and I wouldn't be surprised if she's the same one who took care of me today yet she's still there. I'm not sure why they're keeping a rude worker who is upsetting so many customers .
The workers are always so nice, and when I ask for extra sauce they always give it AND the girls working the night shift always have the cutest hair or nails!!! also if they make a mistake they accept it and give you a new item and stuff SO NICE
I order food from the app and still got the wrong order. My whole order was with beans and still I got beef in my food. When I call in tacobell thier staff was very rood. They don't know how to talk with customer. This happens second time in the week.
Last night was great but half the time I come here my order is missing something. So its hit or miss. I called once about a missing item and the were really rude and told me it was all there and I was lying. And said they could do anything even tho I paid.
When 1$ menu dissappears we will not come back. Unfriendly staff was slow was just thankful they spoke English that helped the line go faster. Food was $1 menu we only stop for that on way home when starving.
