BUYER BEWARE!!!They charged me extra for bacon that comes on the sandwich normally! Then there is an automatic tip put on your bill with no warning. These 2 ripoffs cost me over $5.00! Also they are not toasting the sandwiches. The bread is chewy and doesn't cut. I definitely won't be going back there and if this is going on at other Subways, won't be going to them either.
Horrible customer service.. Regret leaving a tip . Wheny there at 11:20 pm the ladies working there keep rolling there eyes at me and my daughter. Please trayoyr employees .
I had some issues with Grub hub canceling an important delivery this morning. Since I am in Texas this made things a little difficult for me to just place the order and deliver it myself. I called this location and spoke to the manger Dixie. I will give her 5 stars any day. She not only resolved my issue but went above and beyond to assist with getting this order taken care of. Thank you Dixie, Subway is lucky to have you and so are we.
DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY AFTER 11:00 pm. This is the worst subway to go to after 11:00 pm because we thought every subway have pizzas and so we went in and we ordered and instead of JUST saying we don’t have it. She said “we are not Indian restaurants, only Indian restaurants have it” I’m like standing there and she was being racist like what do you mean just Indian restaurants. I get it you don’t have pizzas but could have just said we don’t have it but why didn’t you have to say that and be a racist. She(the one who wears glasses) is always very rude. This was my second time giving her kind of a chance because there is no subway near my house besides this. But she is VERY RUDE and I’m sure other people feel the same way. You can’t have someone so rude AND clearly a racist. I would give 0 stars if it was possible.
Absolutely impressed with the staff at this location! Every team member went above and beyond to care for the customers. The staff here made us feel so welcome and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our visit. Their cheerful positive attitudes definitely brightened my day and made it better! The food was great as always, Fresh food and always hot, I couldn't leave without congratulating this place on keeping great work ethic alive! Keep it up, you are appreciated!!
Initially, I had a issue with one of the employees not accepting a coupon I had. Next day, spoke with the manager and she told me that her employees have been reminded about the use of the coupon. All good now. Quick in and out. Neat and clean store.
Disappointed with there portion size a actual subway sandwich should have 6 oz of chicken but when I bought from here they barely have the chicken and I ask for extra chicken they charge for a small scoop 1.50 it’s not about money but they really should need a proper training and proper customer service
FLAGSHIP!! of all subways !!I eat in allot of subways around the country, this subway is one of the top or maybe the #1 in the country. All other subways should visit this subway and replicate their business practice. FRESHNESS, CLEANNESS PATIENCE WITH KINDNESS. is what sets this Flagship subway from all the rest.
Bad service i ordered what I wanted and then the people asked me what I still wanted on the sandwich. They don't smile at you which gives off an air of negativety. They said what I wanted in a rude tone very unprofessional. They didn't even pack my sandwich right. It fell apart right when I opened it. Would not recommend going here.
Tried a newer rebranded veggie patty sandwich and it is not as good as the older one. This location however has good and quick service.
