They have this one female barista who is just absolutely miserable. She won’t smile or say hi to anyone, I guess they know she’s not really a people person at all so they try and have her do stuff behind the counter more where she doesn’t interact with customers or maybe she just chooses to do that stuff cus she can’t stand people. I guess she hates me too for kinda reciprocating this negative mergers back to her, since today she decided to remotely press her car lock button so I got an earful of beep, beep, beep, over and again as I got into my car next to hers, parked all day right in the front of the lot where customers could be parking.
Pretty annoyed how much less coffee they served me. You can see they froth it up too look like more. They where busy but that’s not an excuse to screw the customer. Not the first time either—Ordered again today via Uber eats and this is what I get. It’s ridiculous how poorly they made this coffee
Was casually enjoying my drink from this location yesterday when suddenly a plastic (wrapper?) ended up in my mouth. I know you guys are busy, but please look out for stuff like this. This shouldn't be happening. Other than that, service was pretty good. I go to this location often.
Frappuccino not frozen, mainly liquid. Disappointing
Came with my laptop to get some work done on a Sunday afternoon. Place was pretty empty and quiet. Drink made correct and fast. Employees were singing to the music and seemed to be enjoying their day
The sit-down experience at this location was lacking. The bench is broken so that the backrest moves. No porcelain cups. And the music was too loud.
I’m at this Starbucks almost every other day not only do they make the best drinks they are also very friendly. When I was there yesterday the drive through girl -Tsvete was signing with the deaf customer ahead of me. Absolutely amazing. Thank you Tsvete for being an absolutely wonderful person

This store is always busy in the morning but the baristas are great! They’re always friendly and make the best hot caramel macchiatos!!
