The chicken and biscuit were both incredible, the mashed potatoes left much to be desired, unfortunately. Definitely recommend going with the Cajun fries instead! Nice place to grab a bite on that side of Chicago!
I called to let them know They had forgotten to add my mashed potato & fries that I ordered. The guy responded by saying Okay! anything else? what you want me to do now? You are no longer here!? I will definitely never come to this place again.
I've been there ? drive thru but today I ate inside, my meal was good ?, place was few things like bathroom for ladies 1, other thing is table's, floor 2ed seems like all they clean is the back and counter only time they do the front is at closing
Bought a Spicy Chicken sandwich. Lackluster customer service, sandwich consisted of literally deep fried breading to make the sandwich appear bigger than expected maybe because actual chicken paddy was a tender. Disgusting - their are better Popeyes elsewhere.
I saw a couple unsanitary actions while waiting on my order, staffs weren't wearing gloves or hair net or masks which makes me hesistant to dine here again. One staff member wiped his nose with his bare hand and then wiped his hand in his shirt and then handled a dine-in customer's meal. I don't like no one was wearing gloves and handling the food.
Chicken was over cooked. Was very chewy like rubbery. Also didn’t get my coleslaw that I ordered. My dog thought it was good.
Popeyes is definitely has way better tasting food than Kentucky Fried Chicken. ?
Drive through was open but had a long line. Quality of chicken was not the best. It was too salty. Customer service was good.
Just lost me as a customerI went through the drive thru and ordered a 3 piece chicken tender combo. He asked me what side I wanted, mashed potatoes, ok. Took it home to find out they gave me a thigh and wing with a biscuit, that's it, the wrong order with no mashed potatoes. Ok no problem, everyone makes mistakes. I came back a few weeks later, and ordered the same thing in the drive thru. Got home and opened the bag. This time they gave me the tenders and a biscuit but no mashed potatoes. The guy at the drive thru even asked me what side I wanted and he charged me for the mashed again. Never again will I return to this location, thank you.
Four starts because I never had issues with my food but customer service needs work. As a hospitality worker I can say that if you are not a "people person" or have a hard time leaving your problems outside the workplace then you should find another job. Most of the time the workers at this location seem unhappy and treat customers like we are bothering them.
