My favorite Panera Bread drive-thru - it is a little slower so don't go if you're in a super hurry (I think they're short staffed) but they are SO super friendly! Very patient too, and food & drinks are perfecto.

This is my morning stop before work. I stop in for my daily morning coffee or the Tuesday bakers dozen special. Everything is hot and fresh but the best part about this particular place is the welcoming and cheerful staff. There is one standout individual amongst the crew and that is a cheerful young lady named Loren that greets all the customers with a smile. She is super attentive to all the guests.

Where do I start? I guess this can apply to all Panera, but this is the one I frequented most. There are always mistakes made in the orders. Too many previously to count. It's not acceptable for the prices being charged. The prices?? $7 for a cup of oatmeal and I'll pass on the mushy slimy strawberries. Again - $7 for a cup of oatmeal. The breakfast sandwich with sausage or bacon on brioche or a ciabatta roll? They just jacked the price up $1 to $6, and it wasn't worth the $5 they previously charged. As much as I dislike McDonalds, I'm much better off getting a breakfast sandwich from there. Even the breakfast sandwiches off there dollar menu, makes more sense than Panera 4" miniscule overpriced breakfast sandwich. If you want just a sandwich at lunch, you're at almost $15 for just a sandwich. Throw in a nasty apple the size of a golf ball and about 6-7 potato chips in a bag and you're looking at $20. Sooner or later, they are going to price themselves out of existence. They are insane what they charge people.

My first time here, it is a great place to eat. I had dinner last night and today's breakfast. Interesting variety, excellent service and the price right.

I don't get the hype, every Panera experience I have had has been bad.Today we got breakfast sandwiches and they smelled rancid. The coconut donuts were even bad. Everything tasted like cardboard.

Now almost all Panera locations are the same so nothing to really report on that. It did seem odd I was the only one inside eating and was sad to see a family of 6 leave because you know what mandate (not law).I get the BBQ chicken salad which is hard to mess up. They were almost out of the black bean salsa mix which was disappointing and the chicken was really cold so was not up to par as usual. Also for no one being there the tables were all dirty. It's hard to get customers in today I know that, but a little effort goes a long way and their location just didn't have it unfortunately.

All of the food here in Panera Bread is phenomenal and really amazing! Everything on their menu is made to order and perfectly prepared. They will serve your orders on time and while it is hot. Their menu is so unique, it is so huge, and they have so big selection for you to choose from. Everything is really worth a try. I really love the atmosphere inside their place, the vibe hits really different, and the whole place is very relaxing. Such a perfect place to bring your family and friends. Also this is the best place to go for some special occasions and events. You will absolutely love the service and food here. Their staff are so kind, professional, attentive, and helpful. They will greet you once you enter the place and also guide you to the vacant spot. They are so responsible and they got the orders correct. Also they are so willing to answer some questions right away from their customers. They are very personable and reliable. Fantastic food and quick service. This place is really a hidden gem in this area of Des Plaines. You all must visit this place if you are nearby. You will absolutely love everything they have here. This place never disappoints. Panera Bread is really great! You can easily go and visit at this place because their location is very accessible. They are also near to many popular place around the area. So after you visit and try this place you can also go to other well-known places nearby the place. Panera Bread is exceptional! I will definitely come back and visit here again. Also will continue to recommend this place to all the people I know. Thank you guys! Please keep it up! Kudos to all of you! Well done!

It was my first time visiting Panera bread and I love the orange scone so much I don't understand how it so good.

Online order that we had to wait 45 min for anyway was still somehow late. Special order instructions of “Please put horseradish sauce on the side for the Steak sandwich” were mostly followed. They did give us some on the side. And all over the sandwich. But, hey, what do you expect for $50 for a couple of sandwiches, a salad, a soup, and two drinks?

Love the atmosphere and decor at this location. Employees are friendly and helpful - we especially love Trin - the cashier we get often - she always remembers us and is super nice!
