Normally during the day it’s fast and organized. At night, drive through is way too long and workers are lazy and not professional. Multiple times I’ve been charged for things and they’re missing. Don’t go to this mcdoanlds.
Food was more in the cold side, service was ok. Best of all it was that their ice cream machine was working.
Trying to order was problematic. And then when our order was ready no said anything so we looked into the bag sitting on the stand and had to move the fries to see it was ours. Thank goodness it was ours after we touched it. And our server was wearing his mask over his mouth but under his nose
one of the workers was a bit rude but i got my food fast so it was a fine experience
Service is great! Chicken sandwich has no sauce double cheese is just fine.
I’ve waited on a drive thru for about 20 mins and didn’t get my order right (they charged me for French fries which I never ordered) and when I was requesting to switch my frappe to chocolate shake because my kids don’t drink frappe, manager named Juan denied my request and start telling his team to not give me my request which I don’t find hard to do. And when I told him that the other locations are doing it he then said “not here”. What upsets me the most was when after giving my order, they started laughing and talking in their language. Very unprofessional for a manager.
Mistakes are constantly made by staff. Please check your order before you leave this location if you drive or do instore pickup.
Five minutes before they closed and the drive through attendant would not take our order.
Great service, but you sometimes need to check to make sure that they you what you ordered ?
2/2022 3* Food was good. Coffee was good. The service is the lack here. And even then, the service was ok. But communication was terrible. Need people that fluently speak English in a way that is understandable. They may know English, and understand it. But had to have people repeat things to me numerous times, before I could even understand them. And I am placing the order so I know what they should be talking or asking about. But could not understand them. This is the second time there and the second time this has happened. I will continue to use other McDonalds than this one.
