They missed my order. Walked in, waited 20 minutes. Everyone was coming in and out with their food. It wasn't until I spoke up and told them I needed my food that they gave it to me. I was still missing my fries and when I told an employee he responded with "did you pay for them?" If I didn't pay for them I wouldn't be telling you I'm missing them? I spent all my lunch break waiting. Never going to this location again
First time coming to this location and the fries were not fresh and absolutely 0 salt either, my sandwich was barely warm and I had just gotten it!! I waited for a cookie tote and those cookies were hard as a brick not even warm like you can not be serious $14 for what!! Tried this one cause it’s by my job now Ik I’ll just go to the one by my house cause at least the food taste better and is always FRESH. Cant even eat the sandwich if I heated it up IT TASTE OLD!!
It's McDonald's.... however Midwest seems to have steak and egg sandwiches which the West Coast doesn't have which is kind of unfortunate because I would eat at McDonald's more often just for seeing how they're Double Quarter Pounders taste like manure
Drive thru line is always much too long, this is poor management and planning especially considering the high traffic corner they are located at. Drive thru workers should be taught proper communication etiquette while working.
Best place to quick bite if you are around. The Cashier was friendly. They repeated your order. The store was Very clean. and fast service. I liked how quickly the serving move. I ordered burger and fries. The burger is freshly made and the fries was hot when you serve it to you. Highly recommend.
Management has a terrible attitude problem. So much so that I mused had to show restraint as they will challenge you to fight them. Elda the store manager is a miserable person and a liar. The evening manager who worked 4/10/2022 should be retrained and should realize that somebody will have and make time for her attitude if she doesn’t get it together. I don’t expect 5 star service given its only McDonalds, but also didn’t expect to be berated and demeaned to a point in which violence would have been the appropriate solution also. Get it together.
I give it a zero star. Tried all doors.. All doors locked at 7:30..I don'tdrive. Won't accept you walking in drive thru normally with no car. Avoid this location if your staying at any of the hotels if your not driving.
Manager working behind the counter was AMAZING!!! She made our two children realize there are really good people out in this world. She made our entire trip to Chicago the way she cared.
Got told the dining area was closed at 4pm, even watched a dozen people try and get refused. They said I could walk through the drive thru. Cars only so if you're one of the thousands staying in a hotel locally don't bother. Go to Culvers instead.
MANY issues with this particular McDonald's in recent years but frequent here because of convenience. They ALWAYS short on menu items Customer Service is OK at best, AND they close too Early!! AVOID if possible and travel further to better McDonald's in the area!!! They'll atleast make you feel like your money is well spent!
