Probably the worst McDonald's I ever been.On Sunday morning they made traffic on a drive thru, was waiting 15 minutes and to the end I didn't get CARAMEL capuchino, just some stupid coffee!Shame on you !
Hit or miss at this place. Either,-They forget something-Give you someone else's order-Or are very stingy with the sauces. And when you ask for more they tell you that it's already in the bag... which ends up being a very ungernerous amount.
McDonald's is always good just getting very disappointed with how they are doing their menu. To get the double Valley fish now they charge you extra it's no longer a meal as well as other things on the menu.
Had a GrubHub pickup waited ten min inside finally asked if they knew how much longer and got yelled at IM WORKING ON IT SHORT STAFFED by short Hispanic woman working in front right now. Unbelievable.
How hard is it to put only ketchup on a burger? This is ridiculous! A unacceptable. Should be glad no one in my household has allergies because this would of been a lawsuit.
Amazing environment and super friendly service. The menu was crisp and enchanting. Will definitely recommend this place to others. Convenient rates and large meals. Great work.
I go to McDonald's maybe every 4 months. This trip was for 2 happy meals and a double hamburger. The menu is to me confusing and wait time aftet placing order was about 5 minutes. Years ago things were faster.
I worked here during my teenage years and it was the best job I ever had. We prioritised cleanliness and quick efficient food service. I was greeted & treated very friendly and fast. I had a bad experience that day at the Des Plaines McDonald's on Mannheim Rd. ( they will NEVER receive my patriotism agan) I had 3 orders and they got it correctly. The Xavier change my mood and attitude it several minutes. A simple greeting can make the most difference. Ordered coffee and 2 apple pies online. Coffee was ok but no extra sugar as I requested. Pies were cold, dried and hard. Called and they hang up the phone.
