The Steak had alot of flavor, and juice, also the Shrimp, and lobster soup was really delicious in my opinion our, waitress was super nice and got everything together all in all I like the hospitality we received.
You would think that a restaurant that has steakhouse in its name would make a great steak, right? Wrong! At least in this restaurant's case. My steak was overcooked and bland! I had to eat it with A1 just to choke it down. My husband got his steak topped with the parmesan cheese crust and his was pretty good. The other food was pretty good, especially the bread they give the table.This place was insanely busy! We had a reservation and still had to wait like 30 minutes after the time. There wasn't enough space to wait inside, a bunch of people were waiting outside, and so we actually went and waited inside the hotel lobby (where some of our group were staying as guests).With how busy they were, I would have thought that their food, specifically their steak, since they're a "steakhouse," would be amazing, but I was quite disappointed.I don't think the horrible parking situation, long wait times, and loud atmosphere are worth that piece of meat, pretending to be a delicious steak.
I want to extend my most sincere gratitude to Manager Toni and her awesome team. Yesterday we celebrated my sister’s university graduation at the Des Plaines location. We had a party of 40 guests and everything went phenomenal! The restaurant is very nice and clean. The food and drinks are delicious. The customer service was superb! Thank you a Toni, Simone, Joe and Joe for everything. This restaurant is definitely one of my favorites.
This restaurant is amazing. The cocktails are executed perfectly: amazing blend of natural ingredients, tastes delicious and have fun names. If I were you I would go and don't think to hard because everything on the menu is five star!
Great service and food. Cheesy mushrooms and chicken tenders were great. Steak and shrimp sides were perfect. Staff forgot for a minute but quickly brought out shrimp perfectly prepared with an extra side for our table. Honestly everything was perfectly cooked and prepared and staff was great and professional.Also dessert: chocolate stampede is heavenly for any chocolate lover. Best to share as portions are extremely generous too.

Phenomenal French onion soup, great crispy buffalo wings, and the salad with fruit and nuts was good. The Bloody Mary was also really good.
I've eaten at Long Horn many, many times. But this Long Horn here has a Beautiful and Welcoming Atmosphere! Oh my and our waitress Patricia U, Wonderful personality, Beautiful, Beautiful Service from her!.. know the when I say my food was so Satisfying and Flavorful Cooked until not only did I want to Hug my waitress but the Chef also!!! I'm a person that like my salon well, well well done. I usely have problems with my our because they won't cook my salmon well done I guess because there afraid it will be to dry. But at Long Horn yesterday I told Patricia U how I wanted my food prepared and the Chef, Cook or whatever their title is today. I tell you when Patricia U place my plate before me I knew by looking at it, it was going to be wonderful until I was explaining to my friend that I was how it looked as I cut into my salmon and how good it tasted. We have named this Long Horn or place! ???
Both our meals were delicious. Reasonably priced. Server was friendly and engaging.
Waiter was friendly and very accommodating. We had a concert we were catching after dinner and so he was conscientious of our time. Service was fast, and food was delicious. Definitely coming back.
