Just amazing. This location has Halal options and the double pepperoni is out of this world. We went there 3x last week. And Sarah helped us. She was extremely nice and Accommodating. Would recommend to anyone wanting great service and amazing halal option food.
So my husband and I are here visiting Chicago and wanted to try Giordano's we heard Great things about it. I have Severe allergies so called to ask a general question. The gentleman who answered the phone had a HORRIBLE attitude from the hello. He was not polite at all and when I was trying to ask my question he was rushing me and totally disrespectful. My health is VERY Important and so is Customer Service and where we Spend Our Money. We will be getting Giordano's but unfortunately it will NOT be from this location.. Customer Service Should Be Better!!
Fo me as a Muslim, I used to eat only cheese pizza since the meaty stuff are from pork or including pork. Giordano's, one of the most famous deep dish pizza sellers decided to solve my problem as a guy who adores meat. They added HALAL ingredients to their menu which made my stomach's dream came true. Enjoying their deep dish pizza is now in another level. After I did enjoy it with cheese only, I enjoyed it with my favourite ingredients. What else you would search for as a Muslim in your pizza? Beef salami, beef bacon beef sausage and more. It was really a pleasant experience and I was really happy about it. It was little bit expensive but as far it's HALAL, it was good for me. Thank you Giordano's for making your amazing pizza available for everyone.
We had heard of this location serving halal meat and have wanted to try it for so long. We live by Wrigleyville and it was easily an hour long drive but oh boy was it worth it! A nice little family owned location. The owner and his daughter are the nicest and most courteous people. She was very helpful and explained the menu well. I really took long to decide my order but she was never annoyed. Food was fresh and everything tasted AMAZING!! That thin crust pizza with halal chicken topping is to DIE FOR!! Definitely going to make this drive again.
Giordano’s Des Plaines has amazing Deep Dish Pizza and they offer halal options too. Their deep dish pizza was one of the best i had in Chicago, considering the halal options for deep dish. We tried Spaghetti meat balls as well which i think was a little bland. Overall a nice place for quick eat out. Their sitting area is bit smaller, so avoid rush timing if you wanna dine-in.
Worst giordanos location i have been too!Highly recommend not to go here worst customer service.
My brother and I were not given a chance to enter the building before the young man at counter was asking what we wanted, although you could plainly see we were trying to check out the menu. I felt very uncomfortable because of his demeanor
Our 1st visit to Chicago, we asked locals for the best Chicago style pizza, Giordano's was recommended. They did not disappoint! The pizza was awesome, had mozzarella triangles as appetizer, very good. Prices were higher than what we're used to in TN but we were on vacation!
