The food was flavorful, freshly made and generous sized portions! The restaurant was clean and the service was amazing.
I had the Philly and it was just terrible. A Philly should have a piece of cheese melted over the meat. Instead, they poured a cheese sauce over it that tasted bland. The fries were greasy, soggy, and undercooked. No fountain pop, only 16oz bottles for $4 apiece.
We shopped the whole day and we were in the road for a long while and just decided to stop in here for a quick bite. I was with my cousin who already went in this place and it was my first time. It was basically a burger spot that also have other different choices on their menu. We decided to just order their burgers and I let my cousin order for me. The place is a bit spacious and it has a nice ambiance inside and there were also a lot of people eating inside. Customer service is somehow great. The staff is friendly, helpful but our food takes long before it was served. Our burger both has a huge portion and the patty was huge including the other ingredients in it. The burger really looks good and it tastes good too. I was able to finish it after a few minutes because I was also famished that time and it is our first meal for that day. I must say that their burger is ok and I am looking forward to be back to try other burgers they have.
Inside the Rivers Casino are few dining options; we frequent FLIPT for the chicken salad and the Flipt burgers (the junior is more than decent). Use points from your losses (AHEM!) casino experiences to pay for some of it.CLEAN, inexpensive, easy to see the day's special and sit down, they'll drop it at your table (tip 'em). We split meals and since pandemic days, you won't be refilling your own pop. It's a perfect spot to chill while onsite and pleasant enough to step away from the casino floor in. The onion rings are really ample, hearty fare and the food is prepared fresh. WiFi works there, so check in and enjoy a break, even if you're not gambling.

Very Nice casual restaurant inside Rivers Casino with pretty decent food. Nothing fancy, just very good tasting fresh casual food, burgers, fries, onion rings, etc...Very fair prices for inside of a casino. Overall Rating ~ Very Good
Came here for a couple of Chili Dogs and they were spot on. Little confusion on who ordered what so they were delays a bit, but the dogs came out hot and tasty. Server Tajaniek was quiet so little interaction there, but the place was clean so it was a good experience. I would go back.
The burger was not bad at all but the guy at cashier, taking the order , was unfortunately very unprofessional, disrespectful and un courteous. He dropped the drink I ordered three times without apologizing once , very uncomfortable behavior by the cashier. I complained to the manager but the only response from her , very respectful nice lady , do u want a free drink!! I said I’m not complaining to get a free drink, U need to check him out and he won’t be disrespectful in the future. Maybe next time I will make sure not to eat there when that guy is at the cashier.
Its kinda expensive compared to like other burger place. the burger is really good and it doesnt taste like freezer meat. Will recommend
