Worst run Dunkin' I have ever seen. The building is dilapidated and the staff is clueless. There are homeless people in-the vestibule at times. I have been coming here weekly since August (due to kids drop off at RecPlex down the street) but today was no more. I had come in with a Chicago Bulls promotion (Dunkin Race, free coffee code) and they said that this promotion was only valid in Chicago scores and the y cant scan it. I had no trouble using this promotion all the way in Fox Lake with no issue.Just a terrible location and ill-managed. I will be driving to the drive thru in downtown Mount Prospect vs thing dingy dump.BTW, this location is walk in only. NO curbside orders, no drive thru. Very odd location.
This place is home to overpriced and sometimes stale donuts and surprise coffee. Which can be either absolutely delicious or oh my god.Spin the wheel. Take a chance
This dunkin donut is kind funky. My old fashioned donut was kind of real old aka stale. So I'm gonna be skipping this dunkin donut from now on... I bought a half a dozen donuts, I'm glad I didn't buy a dozen cause look it's different shades of stale and day old donuts. I also got glazed with chocolate and sprinkles on my family that had a donut said they fell apart. Like stale and day old donuts are. I don't drink coffee I'm glad cause im sure it's old too. To who ever owns this franchise don't sell old & funky looking donut as if they were new... I hope DD sees this post because this is not the quality that they are known for right?
Not the best location, better off driving an extra block or two to another one… almost always has a line, and I really think it’s due to incompetence, not how busy they actually are. Looks like only one worker in the morning? Takes forever and iced coffees are straight sugar and cream. ? Crazy!
An Indian woman tried to make my smoothie in a visibly dirty blender container. I notified her of this and she proceeded to tell me the stains were only on the outside lol. I asked her to use cleaner container, which she did, and the drink was amazing ??
