This is one of the worst locations. It’s difficult to get to and the workers seem to be lazy. They turn off the lights (even to the menus in the drive thru) 1 hour before closing so people don’t come. I they never have things in stock. I won’t waste time or gas coming here again
Horrible service it’s 4:00 pm so manny people and only 1 worker it took me forever to get my ice creams which costed me over$26 and there was no vanilla and strawberry I have to settle for something else no mention that the guy was in a bad move. Again horrible!!!?

I love hot chocolate from DD, but sometimes store closes early (on Sundays anyway). Wish the drive-thru was simpler to navigate
TODAY I FELL IN LOVE WITH THIS LOCATION. A boy worker, forgot to ask for name, helped me with my rewards app for my free beverage he made my day!!! Weather is horrible today but after my experience with him it's like sunshine outside. Thank you for making my day!!
All the time. Something is always wrong w my order. Drive all the way home only to have to come back. Will not come to this location anymore
I went to buy some coffee and donuts and the lady who was taking order seemed like she is not interested to work there. She doesn’t even want to listen. I said extra sugar she only put one. They messed up my entire order- i wanted to select the donuts, but when I said that no reply from them and the person standing in the window told us to move forward. the lady who took the order got angry and asked what you want for donuts. Once I said the 6 donuts, she didn’t want to listen anymore and brought those 6 and the rest she just brought whatever she felt like.

It’s a nice location and convenient, that’s about it. Indian middle aged woman that works here is so disrespectful and rude. She thinks it’s India. She rolls her eyes and gets loud.
Their donuts are just bad compared to the others in the area. The chocolate sprinkle ones had frosting that was ready to fall off, and hardly any sprinkles. They also just piled them in the bag, no parchment paper in the bag. This made the frosting smear all over the inside of the bag. Also this wouldn't have happened if the donuts were how they are supposed to be. By far the worst donuts of the many in the area ? not returning even out of convenience.
