Nice friendly service. Coffee could of been better.
I stopped here to get a coffee. The lady was rude to me and insisted I buy more than coffee. I obliged. after that, I was planning my trip in the parking lot and she came out speaking another language shewing me away with her hands as if I was a story animal. Unbelievable. I'll gladly travel to the next Dunkin rather than ever stop here again.
It’s unfair that they staff people in the afternoons alone and don’t allow them to take tips. For the person that complained about the employee complaining let me guess you never worked in food service. The person was alone and she was still being friendly towards all of the customers and I was behind you, you definitely didn’t wait 40 minutes. The people before ordered 10 sandwiches and 5 drinks and I could tell the employee was stressed out.
It was understaffed and the employee handled it extremely unprofessional. She complained about everyone’s order saying “they didn’t tip” or “why would you order so much” I waited close to 40 minutes just for my order to be wrong. management should really do better
If there are a few people in there waiting, try to avoid it. There's no system to get your stuff. You don't get a receipt when you buy something so they will just put whatever they make on the table and expect the customers to sort it out. Individual food items will be put in there own bag and brought out at different times. If you and 4 other people order ice coffee with certain instructions, good luck.The morning staff are okay, but a few of them don't really understand basic English. So when your order is wrong and you're trying to get it fixed, they'll just repeat what they keep saying so you get fed up and leave
These guys get you in and out they are quick I also like the fact that it you don't like something no problem they just remake it .
Slow service for people in front and me. Then 6 donuts for $9.41! Won't be coming back here.
I mean, it's a Dunkin Donuts nothing special. It's great good coffee delicious donuts but same old same old. ?
