Horriiiible place customer service is the worst . I literally was having almost accidental at the drive thru because of customer service . Call the police on the cashier because she forced me to drive and hit the car in front of me. Will complain to the manager also . And corporate. Either these older ladies should get colored or replaced . No clue about customer service no clue about service at all my ice cream came melted too.
I just ordered breakfast this morning. And my egg and cheese biscuit was over cooked and my hash browns were all crumbled up. People spend their hard earn money on food for you guys to deliver cold food. My meal wasn’t good at all. I also called the restaurant this morning but no one picked up the phone. You guys are the worse. I order from you guys almost every day and my food is always cold.

Ok folks, this my last time when Im ordering anything at Burger King, today I’ve been assaulted by manager of Burger King, she is African American lady and she threw it out my phone out of my hand, good thing is I have an everything on video.
Honestly horrible customer service. We just had an order and we were missing an order of fries, and with such an ugly attitude she had the nerve to tell us no we didn't. Over an order of fries. It's ridiculous. After she saw that WE DID order an extra order of fries she didn't even apologize for the hostile attitude. She just gave us the fries with such an ugly attitude. Never again will I step in this burger King location.
Food always tastes good, no issues with my orders, friendly staff for the most part, overall a good BK restaurant.
Stopped going to this location. African American lady who I guess is manager in the afternoon/evening is horrible. The only location that makes you come in if you order mobile. Not sure why. The attitude is very mean even when asking for something simple like napkins (which should be included anyways). You have new staff weekly who have no idea what they are doing. Probably, because no one wants to work with her so turnover is big. I literally have some type of issue every visit. I honestly have no idea why she still works there...Used to be my weekly bk visit. Now I go once every couple months because the drive to another bk is just to inconvenient and I don't want to deal with the constant bs at this location.
The guy taking the order mumbled the entire time, you could hear how much he hated his job. Of course they didn't give a receipt. Stuff missing, Chicken nuggets ice cold!! Tried to go in to return order but of course doors are locked at 230 in the afternoon!!!
How you can screw up plain chicken nuggets, I don't know. They are soggy like they were left in water. Never go to this Burger King, it's likely not even safe to eat. :/
