Sauce that doesn’t even cover the entire chicken breast and is sloppily thrown on the top bun. Also didn’t taste the same as other BWW’s. ??Should have read the other reviews; first and last time I eat here.Only reason I give 2 stars instead of 1 is because they put the sandwich together and at-least attempted to put sauce on the sandwich.Also not sure whats up with the 99 cent take out fee that was just randomly implemented by BWW.I’m spending my time and gas to get there and back… what is BWW doing extra to justify a fee for ordering takeout?What a joke, just more companies looking to use covid and staff shortages as an excuse to implement extra “service” fees that don’t even go back to staffs pockets (besides the owner).

This isn’t a food review It is a job review. I feel as if I was handled with unprofessionally and unfairly. I applied for this job never heard back until I knew someone who works there asked for a recommendation and he said Yeah just come in no problems.(Helpful employee) . I have came to that establishment 2 times and both times didn’t even get a minute of their time the first being our manager isn’t here today and the other claiming their system is down I have spent money in lyft as well rode a broken bike to be to be shut down within 1 minute. Also I feel the lying is alos wrong stating they would get back to me within a day or so and he didn’t even bother to ask my name or any information to contact in unprofessional why not just tell the kid No or sorry were not hiring. I just want an apology or someone to see this as I am a hard working 18 year old just wanted a fair shot at a jobThank you

Food was good, never a taste ot quality issue but the box where the wings were was not closed before they placed my order in the to go bag. So by the time I got it there was sauce spilled all throughout the bag. Hoping this is just a one time oversight

Absolutely toxic people at the front. I came to pick up an order and they got angry because I didn't need their help. I didn't understand. So I just continued to pick up my order. They said level ten mean things to me and I don't know why. I've never been so attacked at fast food lol.

Go to a regular B-Dubs instead. This B-Dubs serves inferior ranch and blue cheese (it was so watery.) The dipping sauces are not *anywhere* as good as the regular B-Dubs chains. Also our wings just had the sauce poured over the top, rather than being shaken. There was way too much, and it leaked into the "to go" bag and onto the floor of the car. I get wings almost every Thursday, but I'll never come back to this branch again based on our parties order.

This is my 4th time ordering from here and every single time they have messed up the order. I recommend you stay away from here if you would like to enjoy your meal without something missing or being a mess.

I just went there today to use the coupons that was sent via mail. Karina the shift manager greeted me and was so pleasant and very helpful. She may not realize this but being kind and helpful and even reminding me that the coupons expire soon was really nice and went above and beyond. I also spoke to the GM Carlos on the phone to make sure I got Karina’s name. He was also super nice and pleasant.I know many times when a customer calls it’s usually to complain. But I think it’s also nice to hear when staff are doing a great job and they did!

I was excited to have a Buffalo wild wings near me, (like 4 minutes away) but when I got my order, it was a little mixed up. I called them and they apologized and immediately started fixing my order. Being a manager in food I understood the learning experience of fixing mistakes. I brought everything back and the manager showed his team. I got my order remade fresh and free drinks! Everyone there was so nice and friendly. I will DEFINITELY order from here again!!! Thank you guys!

The worst customer service Undertrained Management and they won’t even offer discounts to fix the problems they creat.1 order I I made was good 2nd food was undercooked 3 rd (today) not happening due to store management and online problemsDon’t waist your time go to Des Plaines Wing stop ( We humans and we make mistakes)At least they care about there customersIf they make mistakes they fixe them right the way.And to the store Manager we wish you bestSince you know how to lose customers .You doing great Job!!!P.S. Managers Job to find solutions not to create problems

The wings weren’t coated in any sauce, there was just sauce at the bottom of the box. Asked for regular Buffalo and got spicy Buffalo, asked for ranch got blue cheese. Hard pass
