staff is always nice even when they have a full house. prices were appropriate.
Baskin-Robbins has always been my favorite ice cream shop. We don't have one in Flint, Michigan. So when we went to Chicago, we made sure we went there and ate their delicious ice cream

I stop in almost every morning on the way to work for coffee and wake up wraps or something similar to eat. The staff works extremely fast to get the morning rush crowd in and out fast. Always friendly and never a wrong order. Love this Dunk in Donuts.
old ice cream. Owner doesn't care. Unfortunately, on December 23, 2017 I bought a prepack pint of york peppermint ice cream with an expiration date of july 2107. If the owner cared they would have an inventory control to prevent this. But the owner doesn't care, he allows old ice cream to be sold in his store.. If the owner cared about customer service they would have refunded me my purchase price. But the owner doesn't care, he refused a cash refund but instead offered me another pint of ice cream (yuck). For $7, that is what it would have cost you to keep a customer baskin robbins.
First of all, this Dunkin has horrible customer service. Second of all, every time I end up coming here, they make my drinks incorrectly. It doesn't taste like anything I would get at any other Dunkin. Literally disgusting. I threw my drink out for the third time. And I only gave it one star because it requires me to color in a star.
Horrible customer service. Rude, zero smiles or consideration - stingy on their coupon deal... literally wouldn't give it to me when it was valid.
Never can get a 31 below machune is always always! Broken. Fix it already!!! Or stop offering them.
