Horrible the doors are always locked I don't have a car so I can't walk through drive threw. Get home food wasn't right I keep that sandwich till they finally answered the phone I didn't eat that sandwich I brought it back to him I want my money back but she said I couldn't get my money back because I gave them my receipt to make my food right Maria where are you the store needs help
Ordered the new Hot Honey Chicken sandwich and this is what i got. I cant go back because im at for for another 3 hrs. Not happy at all there at 7pm April 25th 2022
Unpredictable food quality. Seems like there is always menu items not available. One time I went, they had no lemonades. Next week, there is no soda and only 2 types of lemonade. I think they are very short staffed, feel bad for the ppl working.
We were the only ones in there and we had to wait a long time for someone to take our order. Turns out the girl that should have been at the counter was sitting in the seating area. Then instead of the supervisor taking our order knowing we had waited a long time....she just waved the girl in the seating area over and so again we had to wait.....there was ho hustle at all. It was ridiculous. We will not go back and we do not recommend this.
Stay clear of this location. Staff has absolutely no idea what they’re doing, or what’s included on their own menu. They literally just can not get it right.I wish I could give it less than 1 star. Terrible experience
I know this Wendy’s hasn’t been getting the best feedback but as a former Wendy’s (Geneva Location) worker, I KNOW how y’all feel. This job isn’t as easy as it seems. I just wanted to shoutout the young lady at the second window today, she’s darkskinned with pretty dreads and the most soothing voice. She made my entire day with her personality and i couldn’t help but to let you ALL know how appreciated you are She kinda made me wanna work there? Keep a look out for new applications ?
Drive thru was at least 30 minutes at 7:30 pm. Fries in my daughter's meal were half frozen. They practically threw my food at me. They didn't have my chili in the bag. Chicken sandwich was super dried out - old or fried to death- more like chicken jerky. My boyfriends double bacon cheeseburger looked like someone sat on it.
Had a bad... well bad is putting it lightly, awful, experience there recently and after reaching out to corporate and management, I have been completely ignored.Will probably not be visiting this wendys any time soon after the rude and disrespectful amount of my time wasted (took over an hour to get my order)
I wish they would just close this location and build something that is not a waste of space. This is the worst Wendy’s ever. It takes forever in the drive thru line. They always say they’re closed, or on shift change. Food is wrong all the time. Terrible place.
Chicken sandwhich felt old and dry, but the cheese fries were good! The staff was extremely kind to me.
