Wow I ordered food sat down in the lobby 32 minutes later food still not ready - rang the bell because nobody was at the counter and was told - screaming from the back - it’s gonna be a minute - then we got our food handed to us and it was missing bacon and pickles which we paid extra for and no ranch with the pickle frys - pickle fry box was half empty. extremely slow service and we were the only ones there. Ordered a tea was told they were out after we waited for our food. Definitely would not recommend - 0 ⭐️ and restrooms were filthy - half of tables in lobby were sticky.

Very poor service. The drive thru had a few cars in, maybe 5, it so I pulled up to a kiosk instead. Due to the drive thru line a staff member told me the wait would be 5-10 minutes. I didn't mind that. What I did mind was waiting for someone to get back to me after 20 minutes. I pressed the call button again and waited another 20 minutes but no one answered. It took forever to get out of the parking spot since more cars kept pulling into the drive thru and blocked me in. So I guess the moral is: don't bother with the kiosks and good luck getting someone to take your order.

I used the app to pay ahead and pick up my order on time. Or so I assumed. My order was supposed to be ready at 6:11 pm and I made it exactly then. Pulled into stall 4 checked in and waited. Oh and waited, and waited. The screen said your order is being made in kitchen. Literally 6:51 pm the screen clears and my order disappears. I pressed the button and expressed how I’ve been waited over 40 mins and all I was told was there was a lot going on and they didn’t have any idea when my order would be ready. I literally ordered two slushy drinks and one shake. Three drinks total! Over 40 mins and no order. I ended up leaving at this point and just called the customer service complaint line. Such a bummer but I unfortunately will not give this location another try.

Just went through a drive-thru cuz I had an online order for two ice creams. There was four cars in front of me and I asked the guy at the window if my ice cream was ready he said yes. The lobby was closed so I asked him if he could just run them out to one of the stalls he said yes. After about 9 minutes he comes outside with my ice cream I drove around the building and all the cars have been served. They're just lazy

I love their iced tea and ice, but the service is always painfully slow at this location.

I didn't get what I asked for. There was 3 persons in the car only 2 got there full meal. We waited so long to get the food that we just left when we noticed there was an error when we only received 2 drinks.I said #3 with an onion ring and sprite.....got the onion ring ?......and that's it. Was pressed for time.So $25 out the window.....and the person who paid for it stayed hungry. #tooblue#didnteatonionring#

The person making the blast didn’t add any of the topping into the actual Ice cream and Instead just added a tiny bit to the top of a large sonic blast even after waiting for 20 minutes

Dirty dining room and slow service. Stood at the counter at lunch time for 10 min just waiting on someone to take our order. Dining room is empty and now I know why.

We ordered a mini cheesecake shake, a large strawberry cheesecake shake, and a large peanut butter cup blast. 1st it took almost 20 min to receive our ice cream, but im sure as most places, they are short staffed so I understand the wait. My issue lies within the ice cream. My mini cheesecake shake had so much flavor in it that it tasted terrible. Then it was not even 3/4 full. so where it lacked they filled it with whip cream to make it look full. I ended up having to take some of the strawberry cheesecake shake to make it tolerable to drink. Also out of spoons, so they offered a straw for the blast? We ended up taking a fork so we could eat that. This was definitely not one of my favorite Sonic experiences.

Waited 35 minutes in drive thru but my kids wanted ice cream. Would be one star but the employee I think the only one working was polite and did a great job.
