6/6/2022 I order a Italian beef. When I called about it being burnt they said they won’t allow me to order from them. The cook who made it knew what he was sending out but still made it my fault. Would you eat something burnt like this. Rosati has lost a valuable customer over not having accountability for their actions.

The pizza was great! It made me wonder why we don't order from here more often! The price was decent and they weren't stingy with the sausage like many other places.
I'm better off eating gluten-free, so I don't order from Rosati's often. Getting cheese ravioli, the spinach salad, and tiramisu the other night was a treat. Everything was awesome, and the order was delivered quick and at the perfect temperature.
The pasta was very tasty, and we had enough left from our two orders to eat another meal. Fast service on delivery!!!
First off the place is clean and staff is good. Staff is not super inviting but they are professional. Spaghetti and meatballs was good and comes in a nice portion. I loved the cheese ravioli. Breaded mushrooms are awesome. I always stick with the pasta dishes. Today though I got a Italian beef with sweet peppers and the breaded mushrooms of course. The Italian beef was honestly the worst Italian beef I have ever experienced. The sweet peppers were ice cold and the Italian beef was just as cold. The meat was mashed together almost like one of those gas station meat sandwiches. This is the first bad item I have eaten here out of many visits so overall I love the service and staff. 90% off the food is good and well portioned. But please do something with that beef as it was horrible. I have had hot pockets that have tasted better honestly. It was like the meat was taken out of fridge put on sandwich and that's it. Oh and I started eating it about 5 min after ordering so it should not have been ice cold. I will return and continue with the pastas.
Great customer service. Food is GREAT! The lasagna was a great value for the price and the flavor… the best! I like the daily specials they offer. I wish I had taken a picture for you to see, I didn’t think about it until now. So glad Dekalb ~ Rosati’s is here… thank you
The food is ok at best, I've ordered a couple times, the lasagna was not great the pizza was not great either. I would argue it's bad for the price. Too much cheese, the sauce tastes like it comes from a can. The wings were good, the breadsticks were good. I just expected better food for the prices they are asking.
Everything was great! But our Appetizer wasn’t fully cooked. We live just around the corner from this location and was told 30min wait. There was plenty of time to make sure the food was cooked correctly.DekaLb, IL
