I really liked the sandwiches. The taste and the ingredients that goes into the the sandwiches are better than any subways. Also, the shakes are tasty as well. The employees are nice and polite. Also, loved the setting and the various NIU souvenirs that can be seen in the store. Although, they should allow tips in cash and add a tap jar since tips can only be paid in credit cards and not cash.
Ordered online at 8:18pm. Order was to be ready in 20-30 minutes. Got there to pick up but store was closed. Why was I able to order if the store closed? Online website says closing is at 9pm. I called x3 but only cracking on the other line and then disconnected. Needless to say, I need a refund.
I enjoyed all of it. Good decor and great sandwiches.

RUDE EMPLOYEES!!!!!!! They don’t pay attention to everything on the receipt, which leaves them to forget to add things to meals… ALL THE TIME!
I have tried to order for delivery several times over the past few months. It doesn't matter what day or time you request the delivery, the website, Eatstreet, Grubhub and so on all say there are no drivers available. You would think that option would be unavailable before you set up your orders. It is a serious waste of time creating orders just to find out the service is unavailable in its entirety. I have given up wanting to try this restaurant.

Very friendly staff and sandwiches are better than other sub chains (Jersey Mike's is almost the same level, but mostly just a different experience). Fresh ingredients and really good bread. They have multiple options for vegetarian subs too which is nice.
Really wish they would stay open til at least 8 - some people work nights and wanna eat a delicious Wreck
