The worst popeyes that you could ever visit!I ordered a chicken sandwich and look at the patty portion. They randomly close the store early, often make you wait 15+ minutes for getting your order ready. This place is a complete mess
Lobby hours says open yet they keep the doors locked and refuse to acknowledge a customer trying to get in to order food. Nowhere on the building does it state the lobby is closed otherwise. Judging by their already horrific rating, they could probably care less. Must be so hard for them…
Love this Popeyes. I ask for all legs and I get them. Your the best and I nevermind waiting for chicken because I know quality chicken takes time to make. (Former chicken breader). Keep up the good work everyone!
I wish I could give zero stars! Worst Popeyes location ever. Ghetto manager no sense of people skills or how to run an establishment. Besides the terrible employees they always forget something in your order! Officially done with this location.
If I could give a lower rating I would. This is the worst Popeyes location I've ever been to, ordered from and delivered from. They run out of random food every day before the dinner rush. The staff is rude and ill tempered. One day they said they were closed, 45min before closinh time, and when i looked inside the staff was on thier phones in the lobby.
Worst location sorry I had to give a one star but I can’t do 0. My order was not ready and i did a online order with the expectation of just picking it up and go. I get to the restaurant the employee mentioned they didn’t have none and I had to wait 15min for them to make it. I placed my order 30min before going to pick it up. Not only that the employee was really rude, and with attitude. I do understand this location is short of staff but if this employee hates he’s/her job please go somewhere else or do something else.
The young lady that took my order was very nice! That was a new experience for me at this location. But as usual out of almost everything including anything spicy, tea, Coca-Cola. I guess I’m lucky for once they weren’t out of coleslaw!
Masked employees are all very polite, and mostly apologetic for unavailable menu items. Unfortunately, even by 4PM on a Friday, they were out of mild chicken, fish sandwiches, beneighs, benighted, sweet tea. These days, it's easier to ask what they DO have that you can order, rather than what they don't have. Realizing that COVID seems to have quite a bit to do with supply of restaurants these days, it just seems strange that this particular place is out of so much, so often. Other Popeye's locations don't seem to be having that same problem. Just makes me wonder.
They are struggling to keep up with the workload. There is a sign visible from the drive through begging workers to show up on time. The food is cooked right but it doesn't always make it to the bag right. That's okay though because the staff are nice. I hope things get better at our local Popeyes.
02/15/2022 @ 630pm The cashier refused to add an item to the order that we were told was not available and then when we found out it was available we tried to add it on. It would not hurt anything to add on a side of mac and cheese. I have two family members who work at another location it is all about the person. I spoke with respect towards the employee. Usually a little kindness goes a long way not in this case. FYI not the first time at this location
