Did an online order for 2 med 1 topping pizza some cheesesticks with pizza sauce and a 2 liter, came to just under 29.00 when the driver delivered my food he didn't have CHANGE for 40 I was only asking for 7 bucks back.When I called the store to ask about this I was told they no longer provide there drivers with a bank or cash to make changes. Seems like there new policy is a way to force you to leave a bigger tip legal extortion if you ask me.Straight up if I order again and you send your driver with no cash to make change you will eat that 30 bucks not me as I will not accept the order and will tell your driver he can take it back I don't want it anymore since you can't give me change. ???
The employee ignored me when I came to order, spoke like he was a robot with no enthusiasm and I'm pretty sure he wasn't being food safe when he made our food. Not sure if I wanna eat here anymore.
The fact that they refuse to honor corporate specials (typically several dollars cheaper) makes their pizza practically worthless. Specials used to offer a $7 large now it's a $10 medium and a $15 lg on special. Nothing they use has gone up that much in cost.
Placed my order from the Papa John's App. I was 10 min away. The app indicated my order would be ready in 13-15 min. When I arrived, I saw they have a pickup window & one car was waiting at the window. I only waiting in line for maybe 5 min before I was able to pull up to the window. When I got to the window, the young lady confirmed my order and asked if I wanted my receipt. I said yes and she said she'll be right back. And she sure was w/ the recipe, my Diet Pepsi, & my pizza. Couldn't have timed my order and pickup any better. Thank you Papa John's. Pizza was good and the Pepsi was cold & washed the pizza down. I'd post photos but I ate the pizza before I saw the rate this place notification.
Some of the best pizza I've ever had. Delivery was quick and the driver couldn't have been more courteous. 5/5
Placed an order with them, they didn't notify me that they were spending my order through a 3rd party service, especially since I know they have delivery drivers, and I waited for the order, after an hr I called to store only to find out that they couldn't confirm the delivery, the change in management/ownership has definitely hurt their reputation in my personal opinion
Visited 3 times in the span of about a week. Good. Fresh stuff... Customer service could use some work though. It isn't terrible, but it certainly isn't impressive by any means. For that, I'll take a star off.
Terrible. Ordered a large works pizza got a medium pizza with a little toppings thrown on that weren't even cooked. Also ordered a pull apart for dessert and got a pan of brownies. Very disappointed & will not order from them again.
I had to pick up a doordash order around 12am and decided to go to the little pick up drive thru window. There was a very old doorbell which I thought that it didn't work so I pressed it like 3 times. Expecting no one to come (wasn't trying to be annoying) The employee came and was just very rude he handed/talked to me the order aggressively. He was trying to be a smart a** too since I couldn't pronounce the customers name.. All I know is that I will never get food here.
Papa johns in dekalb had some confusion with names tonight and we got the wrong order. After making the 45 min round trip to pick up our order the mistake was realised. However the store manager was extremely quick to find the error and was even quicker to make it right. Went out of his way to get us a replacement order and delivered it! The food is always good and the customer service is on point. Keep up the good work papa johns of dekalb!!
