This is one of those places that I cannot say one bad thing about. Out of all the times I've been there, I've literally never had a bad experience. And let me tell you, I've been here A LOT. From the atmosphere, to the food and drinks, to the service, they knock it out everytime. Even ordering takeout, it is always consistently good! This place is special to me, since it was where my fiance and I had our first date. So naturally, with our son having a taco theme birthday party, we are having Los Rancheros cater. Eduardo, the manager, took such good care of us! All I'm saying is that if you ever need to cater for whatever reason, seriously give Eduardo a call. I have no doubt he will treat you with the same great service! And if you're not looking for catering, still give this place a try. It is great for date night or having drinks with friends. And not to mention, the bang for your buck is hard to pass since you get so much food with your meal. If you haven't already, try this place!!
I have not been here since they had done the remodeling and it was really nice. The service was good and the food was delicious. The drinks that were recommended were fabulous as well. It was a girl's lunch and we had a good time. I'll definitely be back. Oh and by the way the burritos are freaking huge lol
The servers were very good and responsive very fun to be with. The music was very joyful selectively correct for dinner and the food the plate of for our dinners were called El patron skirt steak shrimp rice black beans in a Chihuahua cheese was just amazing I suggest trying it if you're hungry
Went for a Christmas party never received my dinner order guest who arrived after me received their meals and drinks . I ordered a soda never received a refill . Even after speaking with a server . I asked for my meal to be canceled after 35 -40 minutes of waiting and I was understanding about the wait it was busy but my coworkers were finished eating ND I still had no food. On the plus side The food looked very good portion size was huge my coworkers loved there meals. Our party was fun I made no fuss as I did not want to upset my host. I left hungry received no apology for the mistake. I paid for my 3 dollar glass of soda and left disappointed and hungry ?
Ordered los rancheros for dinner tonight (as a family) and for not even the first time, they messed it up, gave a hard time about delivering it, then said they would, and then call back and now say they aren’t delivering it. EVERY time we order they screw it up but when we go in to eat it’s perfectly fine. Never have I received such an issue about fixing an order that they screwed up when the ticket says clearly what was ordered. The lady who first answered the phone didn’t even offer to fix the order. Frequently eat here and will no longer give them my service.
The meat was disgusting and tasted old. The beans and rice were also disgusting. Not an authentic location. Taco Bell tastes better and that says a lot. I had to return a whole plate and they made a fuss about it. Would NEVER come back here again and I would LOVE a refund on the plate that my boyfriend had because the waitress did not want to return two plates that had ONE bite taken out of each. At least the horchata tasted good. Not worth it!
Love love love ! Food service is always great, food is always amazing, great staff! They always go out of their way to make sure we’re happy & that our tummy’s are full. :) never having to wait long at all. despite the pricing, it’s always worth it!
The food was awesome. The guacamole was so good and made at your table. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.
It was a good Family Restaurant. Nice service. Servers were very respectful. Food was great. My toddlers cleaned that plate so fast. They loved it and I was able to eat and relax. It was a great experience overall.
Ordered take out to use a gift certificate which they didn't honor. The chimichanga was soggy and the meat was way to dry. Beans and rice were ok - didn't pack entire order so had to drive back for left out items. This will be my last trip to this restaurant and for almost $40 I would have expected more. Very disappointed.
