WORKER SITTING AROUND NOT HELPING CUSTOMES. PIZZA WASN'T READY IN TIME, HAD TO WAIT AN EXTRA 20 MINUTES FOR ONE PIZZA AND CRAZY BREAD ALSO THEY BURNT THE PIZZA BECAUSE TALKING TO COWORKERS IS MORE IMPORTANT. PIZZA WAS ALSO CUT UNEVEN. PIZAA WAS READY WORKERS THIER ACTED STUPID LIKE THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING. AND VERY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They obviously don't get paid enought to care.
Horrible service!!! Waited in line for like 10 minutes to place my order in store, and no body cared to take my order I asked the girl at the register, when was she going to take my order, and instead told another employee to take my order and she nodded her head that she wasn't going to take my order. At the end I left the place because no body was taking my order!!!
Fast and hot. Very friendly staff. Kind of a tough location to find the first time because Google maps puts you in the middle of the road. We enjoyed it.
The food isn't bad but the wait time is horrible. Never have enough staff and the other day they didn't even have things prepped. Not the best experience at all.
Horrible personal. The people who works there is totally terrible especially a person name Jessica. She refused service. Those people needs to get fired. I don't understand whats going on with the manager. He or she supposed to make sure who's gonna run the place or shoutit down. REALLY BAD BAD BAD BAD SERVICE. NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. Terrible service. Ordered a deep dish pizza and breadsticks, waited OVER AN HOUR when I was told a 15 minute wait. Other people were served before me. There was a line out the door and the cashier couldn’t have gone SLOWER OR CARED LESS. I would leave 0 stars if possible. You’d be better off going around the corner to any other restaurant. Never coming here again
Ordered a Detroit style deep dish sausage pizza and crazy combo breadsticks and was told it would be a 15 minute wait. I waited over an hour while the line piled up, either they were understaffed or the girl running the counter was sauntering about and taking her time. This place needs some work or just to be shut down, I don’t care. You won’t find me here again, I’ll drive the extra 45 minutes to the next Little Caesars before I step foot in this garbage joint again.
I waited for an hour for 1 and half for ONE deep dish pizza and the service was terrible and slow and it got busier and people before me was getting there pizza. The cashier was slow and would disappear. Never going there again!
Terrible location. Pizza if they have it ready is old and if you ask for a fresh 1 you will be told no or get a nasty attitude. I've witnessed the owner on serval different occasions be extremely rude to customers and employees. Litterly watched him yelling at a old man who was just standing there taking the verbal abuse then I told him he shouldn't be speaking to customers like that he then started to disrespect me.Please do yourselves and our community a favor and just go elsewhere. This man has no business doing business in our town
Waited 20 mins. Asked for my money back. Never even saw the pizza.Got no warning that there would be a wait...Ordered ahead people were waiting also. Got there before me on top of it.
