Disappointed in the laziness of the employees and incompleteness of my order. It was never was updated as completed online, drink straws weren't included, and I was asked to fill drinks for a pickup. We spent nearly $200 on a company order for a birthday and I received attitude about how the machine to fill drinks was in the corner and the drinks listed are on the receipt. Nobody offered to help me carry anything either.I recently purchased birthday food from the Potbelly location down the street and all the food was done correctly, drinks filled for me, and an employee offered to carry out the food to my vehicle.The only reason it's not 1 star is because the food was done correctly and boxed up for me.Never ordering food for company birthdays from this location again.

I'm usually satisfied with the food and service here at the Dekalb (Illinois) location, but I recently ordered a promotional "free" turkey sandwich and it arrived with one small slice of turkey. I realize the sandwich was "free" and there is rampant inflation, but this is just plain cheap and a sign of general contempt for their regular customers.

This lady named Mikala kept trying to talk to me about spiritual growth and it was super uncomfortable. I get the feeling she doesn't communicate much with others. Need to train this one to just make the sandwhich and leave the customer in peace. Also I think I smelled the 4/20 substance when I was there :(

Sandwiches are always good. I’d double check if you order online - we were missing a couple sandwiches.

I messed up my order and the guy went back and got me another sandwich very good people.

Ordered for delivery to my house while I was finishing up work. Came home and it was there! Super fast delivery! Thanks for being so fast especially when I'm short on time.

I stopped by jimmy johns before leaving town to chicago, and i ordered a meal, no problem until the end, after giving me my drink and bag they just shut the window , and i looked into thw bag, I had no straw. No biggie i said, ill just wait to ask for one, when i finally do, they say , oh we don’t have straws, yeah we have been out for weeks. Sorry and then shut the wondow. … OKAY.. my question now is why was i not informed during the ordering process, why was I left in the dark until I asked ? Now the reason I am giving a 1 star is because, most places when something is out they say “just to let you know we currently do not have ——-. Did you still want that?” Leaving the decision to us, now a straw isn’t a big deal but my drink went to waste as i cannot drink it while driving. To the customer, by not informing them everything, it simply looks as though you are just trying to make a sale. It doesn’t really matter what it is, you should always let the customers know about something while they are ordering
