Terrible customer service Melia the manager she claim she was showed terrible customer service to me today I had a problem with the way my sandwich was made and she act as if she couldn’t fix it then lied about wat the general manager number was im so disappointed because I come to the store almost everyday and never was treated this way.
I can’t say enough about the business portion of Jersey Mike’s friendly and attentive staff, I like their subs better than any other sandwich shop around, but what really impresses me is that every year they donate 100% of their proceeds from 1 day to special Olympics not a fraction of them, it’s amazing to me that a large corporate business would do that and have good sandwiches, amazing thank you.
Ordered online in advance and...It took them 80 minutes to make 15 sandwiches for a company party. I've received a similar order from Potbellys and Jimmy John's in half the time. Steer clear of this location. I don't normally have troubles with Jersey Mike's but this location had BAD leadership and the employees need significant training. Telling me "we got slammed with customers" is a lame excuse when you've got 6 people on staff and competitors can manage a lunch rush while doing such an order in 30 minutes. Head over to Potbellys if you'd like any big order to be started and completed in the same hour!
wow how pathetic. our company ordered 16 sandwiches costing close to $200. after taking 80 mins a very rude employee threw the bag at us. turns out they missed 4 sandwiches. Quite possibly the worst jersey mikes location in the world. We will be contacting management but this was a bad enough experience that i felt compelled to warn future visitors.
Food is excellent hot and fresh the staff are always friendly and it's at a reasonable price

I love Jersey Mike's.......not sure if it the bread or the fresh ingredients but there is something that sets this sandwich place apart from the rest. The staff is always happy and talkative helpful and it's just nice that they explain everything for u if u have never been here
They make the best dubs. The cheesesteaks are to die for. The Big Kahuna is awesome.
