Love their martinis, and the steaks are delicious.
Overall, a good experience for our group of 9. Service was very good, very friendly. Food was quite expensive and not served hot. Nearly all dishes came out cold or warm. I understand it's tough to time 9 orders to be ready at the same time, but it's preferable to customers that you bring out plates when ready instead of letting them sit and wait. It was quiet, which allowed conversation, but if that's not an issue, Texas Roadhouse would have been a better choice.
Came here for a dinner party. The waitress was great and had a beautiful accent. The food was ok but expensive. I had salmon and it was good however those who had the steak dishes said the steaks were too dry.
Waitresses we're very professional, efficient and obviously energetic in their work standard. I was very impressed with their desire to satisfy their customers. Very clean steakhouse sufficiently staffed to meet all (party of 20) of our needs promptly and courteously. I would give more stars if I could.
This was our first visit to this restaurant. We had a group of 5...4 of us from out of state, and a "local" NIU grad (who happens to date our daughter, the grad). We weren't sure what to expect, but we were totally blown away! First, we ordered the fried calamari appetizer, and 3 of the 5 of us ate it. They loved it! For dinner...3 of us ordered steaks, 1 ordered salmon, and 1 ordered a combo of chicken/steak/shrimp. Steaks: Porterhouse - delicious, cooked perfectly; Ribeye - delicious, cooked perfectly; 9 oz Filet (mine) - cooked perfectly...and I'm super picky! Salmon - delicious! Combo - loved it! We were all impressed with the service, and the quality of our meals. Every person in our family couldn't stop talking about how good their food was. It was really good, but we never felt rushed or hurried. They truly understand customer service. I would highly recommend this restaurant again & again!!
Excellent service, huge selection of meat/seafood and good portions.
Always a great place to go for dinner or a celebration. Food and drinks are always good, as is the service. Had my husbands birthday party there recently. Our party of 12 was all satisfied with the meal.
Always excellent food and good service
Ordered the $45 porter house cooked medium rare. It was the thinnest porterhouse I’ve ever seen, it was way over cooked, no red at all. The flavor sucked, and then the sweet Potato sucked too, it was tiny. Total waste of money, go to Texas Roadhouse a few blocks away, way better quality and quantity.
Great food with courteous and efficient waiters / waitresses.
