3 different foods burnt. Not a great start to the morning.
I like this location. They're usually really fast in the drive thru amd my order has always been accurate.
Horrible Customer service. It sucks that both in town are owed by the same franchise. They cycle the employees from one store to another. They refuse to take your order one the inside. They tell you to join the other people in the drive thru just ridiculous.
Good coffee and fast service. I also enjoyed my donut; it was fresh and fluffy!
We have 3 Dunkin locations in the area and I like this one the best because they have the coffee on tap. I'm really loving the sunrise blend iced coffee right now.Usually, this location is the most consistent when it comes to good tasting coffee, however, I did get a bad one today. It tasted kind of burnt and watered down. That was disappointing.
Worst one wait us awful. People literally stand and stair knowing customers have not been serviced
I needed to order donuts for my company but we have to have everything individually wrapped due to Covid. I called and spoke with the manager AJ. He said he could it for me with no problem. I stopped in later in the day to pay for the donuts as I was ordering for the next day. He gave me 3 options to have each donut in it's own individual package. He put every donut in it's own carton for me. Cartons even had a window so you could see which donut you were picking without having to open the carton.When I came the next morning to pick everything up, he had everything ready and was prompt and courteous. This will be my Dunkin to go to anytime in the future. AJ went above and beyond!!!!!
Little loud to understand person taking orders, and we were the only ones in there, but good service.
