I come here everyday and the hash browns are ALWAYS burnt bug I never say anything. I finally ask them for new hash browns today and they gave me the worst attitude about it. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! If I could give them a zero I would.
I just have to say that I was pretty impressed with this Dunkin and I go to Dunkin all the time, it's my weakness. The staff has always been friendly each time I've gone, they are super quick and they have NEVER messed up my coffee ever. Even the one I go to religiously still messes it up from time to time. Good job ,keep up the good work. I usually come every morning before work and will continue doing so.
When they weren't talking over me they were talking so fast I felt like I was at an auction house, how am I expected to know if my orders right if I don't have this week's cypher.
