Never been to one of these before, was disappointed by the quality of the food. The blizzard was fine though.
I will NEVER return to this Dairy Queen. Spent $15 on a cold, mediocre meal and they had the nerve to tell me I had to pay .30 for side of BBQ sauce after purchasing a complete meal. This company doesn’t care about customer satisfaction only money and capitalizing on the consumer. Want a burger and ice cream, just go to Culver’s you’ll feel much more appreciated as a consumer. They’re food and custard is 100% better anyway!
I come here at least 3 times a week with my kids and had a bad experience on Saturday. I ordered a new item and there was absolutely no ice cream in in but a bunch of toppings. I took it back and the manager and staff member argued me up and down that that was how the treat was supposed to be. Couldn't even give me anything else saying my kid ate half of it. She literally ate a spoonful of the ice cream. They kept telling me the same bs line. It's a shame because the food is good but I won't be back. I'll take my money elsewhere!
I like the food but I love the service I get here even with all my families whacky ice cream requests, thank you for great service.

friendly staff, fast service
Served quickly and excellent food with generous servings. One older lady did not have enough money for what she ordered. The person taking her order adapted order so she could make ends meet and showed a compassionate attitude. It was hot day and drive thru and inside was busy. All patrons were relaxed and enjoying evening.
I normally love the cheeseburgers but when I went yesterday my burger reminded me of the hamburger patties they used in my high school cafeteria and I think those were made out of soybeans. I hope they did not change their patties because of the raising costs of everything. I was very disappointed.
The service here was pretty fast but my only issue was the lady didn't flip my blizzard which is my favorite part of going, other than eating the food ❤
