6/24/22Ordered the 2pc. Cod, was not impressed. It was warm..and greasy. fish shouldn’t be pre-made it gets soggy. My roll was stale, coleslaw was mediocre, fries were cold. Totally a disappointment because I was craving fish and was not content. I’ll take the drive to Sycamore next time. Probably will not be returning to this store.
Slow but the food was good, and they were very friendly!
Ordered their Walleye fillets. WOW! Sooooo delicious!! A bit pricey, but they are big pieces.
They can never get my order right. I literally get a kids scoop, a concrete mixer and a flavor of the day. They never make them right. Today went in for the brownie batter overload, and got vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce. Not to mention they ALWAYS give me a 1 scoop when I order a 2 scoop, and they never give me the size that I paid for when I question it. Sycamore is WAY better and I will be making the extra 30 minute drive to their location from now on.
Good ice cream but not the best Culvers. I’ve had difficultly with them accepting coupons here - so I’d go to another Culvers if you have a coupon. Service is usually pretty quick. They are pretty sparing with the toppings though.
This Culver's location is pretty standard, but is convenient for NIU students due to its close proximity to campus. The food as always is good, but it seems as of late the prices have started to increase on some of their items. Overall its a Culver's its always good.
The food was honestly great. The patty of the burger was juicy . But, the main problem I had with the burger was that the cheese was not grilled along with the patty and therefore, it did not melt completely. The ice cream was too good btw and I prefer the ice cream over many ice cream places :)
Masks are clearly not enforced at this location despite it being a state mandate right now. Both employees behind the counter who took our order and the employee making our food did not even have masks on. It took way too long for us to get two burgers to go. 7 employees standing behind the counter, but only making food. Both of our burgers were wrong too. Didn’t bother to have it corrected because we didn’t want to wait a long time again.
Every Culver's I have been to is always clean. The associates that work there are always professional and very courteous to all customers. Their Butter Burger is excellent and the fries always fresh and hot. The frozen custard for dessert is always spot on. The concrete mixers but the other guy's Bli_ _ard to shame. I can not recommend a better organization to frequent.
Always on point. Burgers fresh off the grill veggies ice cold and crisp cheese sauce is phenomenal on fries one of NY new favorite spits. Bring back fried chicken dinners please and thank u
