Me and my partner stopped on on a busy Friday evening, service was fast and friendly and staff was very nice! Food was great and I know it’s just fast food but seemed seasoned better than most chipotle’s! Prefer this location much better than the Lincoln highway one.

It’s super hot or miss here. The last few orders I’ve gotten have been almost, if not, Inedible. Service is always friendly and fast, but I just wish I could count on getting a good product.
Placed an order online for pick up. Arrived early to grab food as soon as possible and it was already ready. Grabbed it and headed home only to realize it was all ice cold. Not even the idea that it was once warm. Tried warming it up and eating it, but even then it was all incorrect and pretty gross. Tried calling and you can't get ahold of anyone unless you say you want to place a new order...then they just give you another number to call to sit on hold/wait for a call back on. This is not how business is done. Period.
Food was good, service was meh when I order a steak taco you don't need to ask what protein I want.

All the steak on the burrito was in the back of burrito not one piece was spread out take pride in what you do or you will stay working there forever
This chipotle has the worst customer service. Every time I go this lady gives me an attitude like I’m an inconvenience to her. Miss maam you are the one miserable working here not me. Then they put ton foil on my bowl for a to go order. I got home and it spilled everywhere. When I asked her if they had any lids she rudely responded no. When I looked over to the online order area there was a long stack of LIDS. I do not appreciate being lied to. And if there was a reason then at least explain it to me. I have no respect for people that blatantly lie.
