Pulled up to the window at 10:15 and asked for french toast and the man said “its 10:30. no.” and then he said “did u want the 3 or 5 piece?” and I politetly asked him did he check the time before telling me no and he responded with “DO YOU WANT THE 3 OR 5 PIECE?” I understand some workers have rough days but this man never ever has good customer service. I rarely come here but when I do its an instant regret. They are quick to send customers away because they dont wanna do the work which is the bare minimum.
For a Burger King it's a middle of the road location I've been Through the drive-through a couple of times and each time it's quite slow and the food is not exactly piping hot... A 5 out of 10 as Burger King is concerned
Terrible customer service. I went to the drive thru and told the person while at the first ordering kiosk I had a coupon screenshot on my phone. They asked for the code and accepted it. Then at the next window they would NOT honor the coupon. The manager gave me major attitude and was condescending as all heck. Beyond disappointing. Avoid.
They don't accept $100 bills and the guy behind me payed for my food but can you guys please get back the 10 piece chicken nugget and also the shake I got was really soft and I like them hard.
Hours not accurate. Said open, but they closed up a whole hour early. If you want to close up, should post closed early or change posted hours. ** Update, I wish I can can give 0 stars. Make sure when you're paying extra for sauces to check that they actually put them in the bag, never assume theyre at the bottom. In fact, make sure everything's there and that they input the correct items to not price gauge. (ex 16 nugs = $2.99, they put in 2x 8 nugs = $3.99). Always ask for a printed receipt too.
Why does this Burger King not turn on there exterior lights? I thought they were closed? It's 8:30pm and there's ZERO lights on. I asked why the lights aren't on? The young lady working the drive thru on April 16, 2022 at 8:30 pm said " oh, we just forgot to turn them on" Really? I'm telling you the lights aren't on and you still don't turn them on?
Always love this place always love Burger King good burgers good food atmospheres fantastic really not a whole lot of parking but still a great place to eat
We dined inside. Very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. I only wish they would go back to how they flame broiler the Whopper like they did in the late 80s. Taste hasn't been the same since. And bring bake the veal parmesan sandwich. I like this Burger King as it is easy to get too, clean, and good service.
Too salty, just plain nasty, burger King fell off.
Best Burger King ever, never got my order wrong. If people have a problem, it’s on them. Respect to the employees and management.
