LOVE the wings here the Garlic Parm wings are amazing and always taste great. Good restaurant very nice on the inside. Would also recomd the lemon pepper dry rub or the honey barbecue. Always go on Thursday for buy one get one wings. Good food ?
This was my first and very last time I will order from B-Dubs. The carry out server convinced me that the boneless wings were the rave tonight so I ordered them. As I waited, my food was cold as it was presented to me. And the sauces were salty as hell and the fries were cold. NEVER EVER AGAIN!
I have a sensitivity to onions and the manager Jonathan who was behind the bar personally went to the kitchen to check the ingredients of the sauces for me. He was busy at the bar and took the time to check this. Great customer service and always great food.
Our server Jonathan was outstanding. He was hilarious yet professional and made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. Will definitely be back because of him. The strawberry margarita was so good too.
I was informed by the MOD, Sarah, that they will not honor an older Bdubs free wing coupon that has no expiration date printed on the coupon. I was told they had no way to ring them into their system and its been that way for years however I just redeemed the same coupon 2 months ago. I feel it is bad business to not honor a coupon, especially one with no expiration date, and I feel mislead being told it was impossible to honor them when, in fact, they were just honored at the same location a short time ago.
Restaurant was not busy but had to wait a long time for my food. Wait Staff apologized several times about the wait. They brought out my onion rings 10 minutes before my boneless chicken wings to hold me over for my main course. Not sure what the problem was as others got their food just after mine and they came in 20 minutes after me. There were no big orders coming out before mine.
Food was ready fast....but lots of hair in the food. Just wow.
Terrible experience every time. I've never written a review, but finally decided to tonight. I've ordered several times for delivery and each time, there is a problem (itmes missing, delay of order by several hours, items being on the menu but being quoted as not available). I like to give benefit of the doubt, but I'm past it. Yes, a few times they've been provided some refunds. But there definitely shouldn't be a problem every time. There needs to be some communication between the owner and the site that manages the deliveries. I'm frustrated. I would probably give 0 stars if it was an option.
Went to get our food tonight for take out and no person was present to receive it from. Took 10 minutes for someone to show up and give me my order. Food was ICE cold and was missing items when we got home. Portions were tiny as well for the amount of money. Paid $9.50 for chicken tenders and fries and got 2 tenders and a handful of fries. Unbelievable. Very displeased with this restaurant.
