I notice the drive thru was slightly busy so i came inside the store. It was very welcoming. I liked it because I was not rushed for my order. The other workers were helping drive thru. Monty had a smile on his face and assited me with my order. The food was amazing it wasnt too messy and my order wasnt too complicated for the gentleman. Would highly recommend this place!
Change your hours of operation on Google maps. You are not open 24 hours.
I got a stale waffle cone from them, probably like 1-2 days old completely soft. my husband got a perfectly fine waffle cone! We also went for breakfast once and they completely forgot about half our order had to go back through and try and get the rest of our stuff and they fought us a bit saying we had everything. After awhile we got the rest of our order however I wouldn't recommend this place.

We ordered a chocolate shake. The woman had chocolate milk at the drive up window. We explained it wasnt what we ordered. She had to leave to ask the manager if they had malts and she bought out a pint of icecream. Clueless employee. She proceeded to not communicate for a minute and appeared to be taking another order and hadnt given us out money back. We had to honk the horn to get her attention to explain she was trying to get us our money back from the register.
Can never seem to get enough of their Reese's Ice Cream! One of my favorite things about Baskin-Robbins is their consistency between stores. No matter where I am I get the same quality product. The staff at every store I've been to are happy and friendly and glad to accommodate my asking for several samples before I go back to Reese's again! I've never seen high quality customer service as widespread among stores as I have seen with Baskin-Robbins. They are doing something right!
